“This Verizon location is great. I went in on Christmas Eve for a new phone on my existing plan and expected to have to wait. Jesse was quick to assist and handled everything for us. He took the time to explain everything about transferring data as the phone was a gift so we couldn’t do it there. He was super patient with me not understanding anything about Android phones. We went back last night to transfer an existing phone onto our plan and I was super happy to see Jesse there. Even though we walked in just before closing he helped us out and even stayed past closing to do so. I’ve been very happy with Verizon cellular service and customer service. I highly recommend this location!”
