Lawton and the whole team at Midland Empire have been an enormous help to our business. When it was time to review our coverage and make some changes, Midland Empire made the transition seamless. Very shortly after, we had a claim and Midland's response was extremely prompt. We had someone out taking pictures and initiating the claim literally within an hour of contacting them. Insurance is so important and Midland Empire helped us to get it right.

Miland Empire insurance,( formerly Clarks) has been our agent for many years with a number of different companys.they have always treated us very fairly with personal service and a desire to do their best for us. Debbie Schamp has been great for us in finding the best coverage and price for our needs. Now insured by Safeco, Debbie helped us navigate through a couple of claims that on our own, without help, would have been difficult at best. Thank you Debbie,and the rest of the staff there. Absolute worst insurance company I have ever worked with. The owner, Elaine, does not keep track of her quotes and quoted me over $100 more than the previous week before and when I asked why it was so much more she told me she did not know and that she had not wrote down my previous quote. Also they were charging me for SR-22 insurance when I no longer carried it on my record. When I found out and contacted them I was told they have no way to see if we do and they only know if we tell them. But when I called another insurance company they immediately were able to see that I did not have an SR22 anymore. Elaine was also annoyed and rude when she found out I was going to shop around because she said she was charged $10 to run my driver's license. However, the other insurance company I contacted said they had never heard of any insurance company being charged to run a driver's license... I will never go back there and I will tell everybody what a horrible experience I had with them in hopes that they don't get scammed too. -Oh, & the liability alone for six months at Booth was just as much as full coverage at the first insurance place I called. Not worth it. Save yourself the frustration and don't bother with Booth.
