Needed to replace our old phones that weren't charging correctly anymore.
I called tech support, who recommended I go in and ask to upgrade our phones by making monthly payments.
The salesman understood my budget requirements and he was also able to transfer all the Apps, contacts, and Photos and basically Cloned our Old phones to the New phones, which made Life a little easier for us, within minutes we were done, out the door and headed home.

I've been with them for years and I do t know why. The network is shi.,the phones are shi. For being a valued customer for over 5 years I don't get any perks I've never had anything free I've never had any breaks on paying my bill or even half off on my bill,they are no good.
