The salesman was friendly and helpful. I ordered a hybrid queen size bed with an adjustable frame. I was in and out in less than an hour. I’m very pleased with my purchase!

I can’t rave enough about how helpful and informative Nate was today. It all started the moment I walked in. I received a warm welcome (but not one of those over done salesmen’s welcomes where you get the ick) and he let me know to feel free to look around and if I had questions to ask. I knew what I was coming in for, but he did show me a couple other options that were comparable and even a few upgrades. He answered all my questions and even had some extra info on what I was looking for. Over all the best experience I’ve had in purchasing a new mattress. Oh and I even got a cool motorized bed frame for free out of the deal due to promotions going on so that was a cool bonus . 10/10 will be telling my friends and family to go see him.

I bought a twin bed during the labor day sale after about three weeks of trying I can't get comfortable on it. As a matter of fact my back hurts worse than it did before and in different places. And I think I should have gotten a full wich I would gladly do but I have to wait 120 days plus pay $300 restocking and return fee I only paid $600 in the first place. What a mess .

Went into mattress firm not knowing what I was looking for and walked out with two mattresses and two boxsprings. Nate was very knowledgeable and showed me exactly what I was looking for, What a great guy. He found us some close out deals on some quality mattresses ,And a discount on delivery. We feel like we got a great deal plus a great mattress. Thanks Nate.

Everybody’s time is valuable I get that. As a customer and arrangements are set by the store personnel letting you know the time to expect a phone call so arrangements on both sides can be met. The set time passes you are put in a wonder of well what do I do now? Call store personnel they are vague about your situation but give no solution and person you dealt with is at another store. It is now the second day of wonder you call the other store to find the person you dealt with she has some answers and that is to “wait”. I did get the call and text I was waiting for but hindsight this customer is feeling as soon as they got my commitment to pay my customer service went away.
