These are the worst company to do businesses with. I sold them my Kia and they have never paid my extended warranty refund back it's been over three months. They of course told me six weeks. They are of course liars and cheaters. I will never do business with them again.

man.. I got taken advantage of by choosing a vehicle that I thought was right for me.. it was not.. was told no return I would have to choose another vehicle. i was mislead, thought I was buying one year, was actually 2 yrs older, way overpriced, and they charged additional fees for the vehicle I brought back..then reamed me again w another credit check ( within 3 days)so my interest rate higher , cars not worth what I paid for.. vehicle has 3 open recalls, and was rear ended. I do not recall ever seeing the car fax. I know I would never have purchased a car like that. then, they gave the one I returned until new said vehicle was ready. I'd get paperwork when I picked up car./ picked up car 3 days later, literally rushed in one door and out the front door and was told call your ins agent when you get home. got home realized I had no paperwork. called ins agent and gave them vin and she told me this was not the year I said it was but 2 yrs older. i then realized I had been mislead, baited and taken advantage of. wrnt back to mgr the next day saying I want to return vehicle. battery low kept flashiny, I had/ have major concerns about car. mgr said sorry, no return policy. I would never ever recommend this outfit to anyone.

Sadly, I sold my renegade because this dealership was such a nightmare to deal with. Friendly when dropping your vehicle off for service, but, almost impossible to get ahold of anyone after that. The last straw was dropping my car off, being told I'd have diagnostics by noon in order to get approval for repairs & then not hearing anything until the following day.They kept my car, overnight, with zero contact or notice that they would be doing so. Leaving me in the dark, without transportation & pretty stressed & annoyed. Personally, I find this to be poor business etiquette. After multiple voicemails & repeated calls, to not hear back is just plain wrong.When I went to pick up the vehicle, I was told no repairs had been done, they drove 80 miles overnight but could not replicate the problem. This seems to be a recurring theme since 2018 when I started taking my car there. No more. I bought something else & will no longer be using this dealership.

Russ Dunham is a rockstar. We had a very specific vehicle in mind, (kind of a unicorn honestly) and Russ delivered and at an unbelievable price. We have now purchased 2 Jeeps from Lithia Jeep Grants Pass and to say they have earned our business and our trust is an understatement. Russ will get you a great deal on a beautiful vehicle with no hassle and a straightforward honest and to the point approach that is a breath of fresh air. Don’t waste time shopping around, just head down to the dealership, ask for Russ and let him know what you’re looking for. Russ and the rest of the team down there will take care of the rest. Easiest process ever and the peace of mind when buying from these guys is priceless. We couldn’t be happier. 10/10

When I was first looking for a car I thought it would be impossible to go through a dealer being on disability and having never taken out a loan before. But after explaining my situation to Lithia, they went above and beyond I'm helping me find not only a place to take out a loan but a loan with a highly reasonable interest rate. They also didn't try and upsale me on anything. I went in with my eyes on a specific car and they got me that car without trying to push anything extra or a "better car" onto me. I felt so understood, listened to and respected through the whole process. It hardly took long at all too! Very smooth process. Very simple process! Wonderful workers. I had a wonderful man named Corey who helped me. Highly recommend him! Highly recommend this business.

The service person who worked on my wife's car lied to her about issues with her car or at least that's what I believe. They are super expensive as they charged us $661.67 to change a battery. I know our Cherokee has an auxiliary battery and they said they checked it and then later said it didn't have one. So they either lied when they said they checked on that battery or they lied when they said it doesn't have one. Either way they lied. My personal opinion, don't ever take your car to the dealer for repairs unless you absolutely have no other choice. They said it would take 3 hours for a dealer mechanic to change the spark plugs and were going to charge me $800.00 for that. That's way too expensive. Kellys automotive did it for $200.00 and in half the time. I was rather disappointed in lithia and like I said won't go back there unless I have no other choice.

Horrible if I could give them 0 stars I would they overheated my car and made it pour out coolant and refused to fix it DO NOT TO HERE!!! They just want ur $$$

This car sales lot is a total waste of time and Uber frustrating.... I make it very easy to sell me a car... they make it impossible to buy one unless you are ok with being treated like a total jerk... they play games and will never get me back as a customer

Will wasn't expecting to buy but we did and Shannon was excellent sales very friendly not pushy and felt like a good friend the only issues I had was the heat and the interest rates wow are they crazy and how long it takes to actually buy a car my goodness they really need to find a way to speed that up but all of that was not his fault so thank you for your excellent customer service and making me and my mom so comfortable

Needed my oil changed and was going to leave it/come back. Service center was busy, which is not uncommon. Service member a little snippy but I also understand being slammed we've all been there. I got out of my car as I have been told it is first come first serve and I cant wait in my car by the service staff. Service member takes my keys walks up to the vehicle that was in front of mine tells them to move to another bay. Service member gets in my car, moves my car, takes all my info, leaves the service number in the car, attaches the number to my keys, then comes in and tells me I have to wait as there was someone here first. I respond they are sitting in the truck I was standing in line, was told it was whoever comes first (there is no definition of first come there-in the lot or in line in the service center. I asked how long it would take, the reply I got was it would take the same amount of time as it would to check me in. Not an actual answer, and I had been waiting already so I had to go back to work. Called to talk to manager, call started out fine, lots of service member is nice, no one ever complains about him, I work with him all the time and have never had an issue - managers will say what the need to in order to protect staff. I comment about there needs to be the same narrative and if its first come first serve shouldn't he have helped them before he even... and then I got cut off and couldn't finish the question. Ill be honest I attempted to continue my question talking over him. He kept asking if he could talk and if I would listen, so I said "You cut me off first, and I have more to ask", more back and forth, call ended with me hanging up on manager as his last statement to me was well then I guess this call is over. Then manager calls me back immediately and says "your going to hang up on me"? I replied you said the convo was over so I was just listen to you like you asked.Ill be taking my vehicle somewhere else moving forward.

Took so long to get a radiator fixed and then when we went to pick it up the air bag line was off (after market bag system) and it leaked out air and we are rubbing on the tire. We asked for them to fix it since they took the whole front end off to replace the radiator and they would not fix it without an extra charge. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! You guys took it all apart and now it's not functioning correctly and we have to pay? Absolutely not !!

Corey was my sales guy. He was great. He helped me pick out this nice car, which I love. He checked up on me 24 hrs after the sale to make sure that I was still happy with the car. I love the car, the way its drives and feels. Its a perfect fit. Thank you Lithia.
