Very rude staff Used to be the best sandwiches in town now they're the worst You can do better at Subway this place is the worst I will never go back I ordered a 2 meat Sandwich not enough meat to cover the bread said something about it and the guy was rude I walked

Once upon a time this was a great place to get a sandwich, now it's complete garbage. I ordered the Italian grinder and what I got was two slices of bread for $12.99. An elementary school sandwich would knock the socks off of this sad excuse of a sandwich. Pretty sure my cat could assemble a better sandwich. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else

Service sucks and employment is even worse paying little as possible and no PTO or any other benefits.i work as a line cook now and still make 3 dollars more an hour the the managers so at Lil pantry do plus I get PTO holiday pay and tips daily and actual raises.which I worked at Lil pantry for a year and half and got not shit.alsovif you get injured on the job and it was their fault they put you on workers comp for a week or two the fabriquate false shit to fire you and if this has happened to you . You have a strong lawsuit Case so don't bend over and take it please.sorry but treat your staff with respect and you get happy paying and returning customers with good attitude and reviews that's just the standard dumbass moto lol

Food was absolutely repulsive. Got a burger and it tasted like someone had dipped it in floor cleaner. Guys behind the deli counter were high on something.

Old bald guy "Troy" verbally harassed me and was very threatening. Obviously tripping on something. He needs to be fired. He is a huge liability to the company. Looks like he is tweeking hard.

person at the counter was wearing elf ears and fully danced to The Cars while the card reader loaded and bathroom key is a wooden stick that makes you feel like you’re going on an adventure. had the most delectable turkey and cheese hoagie and the kind elf wished us well on our journey as we left. this establishment is flawless. no notes.

I think little pantry has great customer service I love the deli food all the workers there are great and they care about the customers food they are fast efficient respectful all their food in a hot case is always hot yummy and beautiful they make excellent sandwiches any kind of sandwich you like pretty much and they make it with profession and perfection there are some really good hard-working employees there everything has changed everybody should come and revisit the little pantry deli workers are different workers and much better attitudes management is better than it has ever been food has been super amazing

I take responsibility for my part in the bad experience I just had here, but still just kind of bugged me. I went in to get a fountain drink and I only had $1.45 in change on me and their largest size was $1.40, so I filled up the cup and when I got to the counter I pulled out the change and realized I lost a quarter at some point, so I was short $.20, so I let the kid know and he was like so you dont want the drink then. I said I still did and had to go out to my car and literally dig for $.20 which luckily I found and purchased the drink. When I went back in he literally counted every penny before giving me the drink. Was very rude!!! Whoever does the hiring here for customer service should be fired if this is who they hire to be the face of their company, in my opinion!

Attitude when ordering off the menu and not eating the food in the display case. If you order off the menu the staff charges whatever price they feel being inconvenienced. Prices subject to change at the cooks discretion. Nothing like being overcharged because the cook doesn't want to do their job. When you order the cook mentions "it will be 20 minutes or more for your order, do you still want it?" Then you are charged $2 more for the item than listed on the menu without notice.

Managers are incredibly rude to customers and tell at them to get out of the store if they don't like their attitude. Gas attendants refuse to serve anyone they feel is talking to them poorly. I've seen managers cuss out employees in front of customers. This place needs a complete overhaul. Shop elsewhere.

How can you get someone arrested there for theft? Do not go there! You will pay for gas and they will not pump it. Or they might even put reg gas in your diesel and not pay for yhe damages. Shut them down!!!

Had one bad experience with the day manager around 3 pm on 6-19-2021. My husband and I were out and realized the gas was running near empty. The attendant seemed to unscrew the gas cap and put the pump in. then , a few minutes later he asked if we wanted a receipt. My husband, who was very sick said no. When we drove off we realized no gas had been put in the car even though the attendant had taken a credit card from us and returned it. I tried to call the manager today and explain what had happened. He was not at all receptive about attendants NOT asking you if you want a receipt before even beginning to fill the car with gas. I couldn't seem to get this across to him, nor did he apologize. In the last 3 months we bought the car wash and the equip. was not working-the windows were filthy when we brought the car home. My husband spoke to the manager about this, and the manager explained that the initial spray down for the car was not working. The manager should have refunded our money for the deficient car wash. This was at the Rogue River Li'l Pantry.

Why is the store closing an hour early on a regular basis. Showed up at 11:10 tonight and store was closed the employee saw me and ignored me. This not the first time is there no supervision at this store . This is a constant. One reason I am going to to stop shopping here.
