My experience with Billy down at Liberty auto was very friendly. We went through the entire process quickly and without any pressure. However, after about two weeks the car we purchased started having problems starting. We took it to get a new battery and get tubes checked out. After this, we noticed the car was leaking oil, coolant was splattering ask over the place after driving it. Spent around $700 dollars getting that fixed, only to have coolant start leaking out on the passenger side. The heat may be broken. This is a major issue that in certain he must have known about! My mother-in-law is fighting cancer Ana she told him this! He clearly did not care and she’s on a fixed income, which she made him aware. This car is a freaking mess! The fact he sold it to her after everything she told him, makes the situation even worse. There should be recourse for stuff like this because, how can a 60 plus year old woman buy a car and know how to look for problems like that. It’s a 2014 so, not that old. I will conclude with this; make sure you double, triple check of your purchase a car from him. Nice guy but, only in face.

DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM LIBERTY AUTOMOTIVE!!! I bought a vehicle from them and less than 3 days later The engine light came on. Took it to the mechanic. A they told me that 5 codes had been reset within the past 226 miles and that I would need to put the a new motor in. Not only that but the Last mechanic had left a backing probe in the engine harness. I had got a aftermarket warranty with my loan as well so hey I figured that it would help cover the cost. So I told them to give it a try. They called me back and said that the warranty company will not cover anything due to the fact that it was a long term pre existing issue. Which this issue was not divulged to me when purchasing the vehicle. Even though I asked multiple times an Billy said there were no known problems and that he himself put $1000 into it mechanically. When I told Billy about everything that was going on he said all he could do was take it to his mechanic who knew how to deal with the warranty company and that I would be able to get his prices on everything. But seeing as how the last mechanic deleted codes and left a probe in the harness. It didn't seem like a good idea to go with Billy's guy. I told him I would like to return the vehicle and he said that it wasn't possible because the loan was finalized. So I ended up forking over $7000 of money I didn't have to pay for a used motor so that I could continue to be productive. I would not ever trust Billy if your looking to buy a vehicle. He won't divulge anything that won't help sell his vehicles.please look up all his reviews before you buy from Billy it's in your best interest as well as your wallets best interest specially if you don't have a lot of money to spend there are many other places. If you do happen to go with Liberty Automotive pleas do your do diligence and spend a couple extra on carfax and have a mechanic look at it.

It cost me a couple thousand to get the car fixed to be able to smog it. What's sad is they knew there was alot promises with it.. And that. I lived on disability for bone cancer. All. I wanted was a car. I could afford to put gas in and safely drive to my appts and back. They told. They checked it out and it was find ready to go.. They Straight up lied to meAbout the car being in great shape and ready to goI had to do tremendous amount of repairs

Billy is very honest, trustworthy and makes the whole process simple and pleasant. I love my 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe. I went in for a Ford Explorer but am so glad I got the one I did. It runs good, is in good condition and I’m proud to be driving it. It’s AWD so it’s good to go in the snow, it’s V-6 so it has power. It feels sturdy and easy to handle. Billy has helped me with all issues and handling the smog and DMV. I went in very nervous, and he immediately put me at ease. He showed me a few of the cars, and listened to my concerns, and helped me choose the right one for my needs. He bent over backwards to insure that I got what I wanted and made me feel at ease. I highly recommend him and his business to anyone. I would certainly return there to buy another from him if I’m ever in need of another vehicle. Honest, straight forward and trustworthy. A good man.

The owner has no morals or ethics. Lied to me and said the car was on hold and let me travel 6.5 hours pregnant while he sold it and then was so rude about it! I was all approved from the bank and was PROMISED there was no way I would make that drive and something like that happen.

Last resort car lot. No warranty no guarantee. I would suggest you don't take anything but the lowest on blue book. Good luck. So far I just have oil in coolant and not the other way around but I'll fix it myself. Trust is post but you take what you can get in hard times. Ask for Carfax and get a high point inspection before. Oops.

We bought our car from here. I am totally leary about used car salesman so i probably came off as Rude I made them put everything in writing. They even paid for a new windshield for my car and gave us money back for overpaying DMV fees. i totally recommend these guys to anyone wanting to buy a car. I absolutely love my little car I bought from them.

Just purchased a suv from them and absolutely enjoyed the whole experience, I felt as if he really cared for what I wanted in a vehicle instead of trying to pressure me into something I didn't, it was a super friendly stress-free experience and I will definitely send my friends and family there in the future.
