We have a 2005 Ford E350 box truck. We were traveling as we are not from the area. We called Kelly's and explained our situation and they let us know that they could fit us in the following day!! They called the next morning with what the issue was and the solution to it. We were very pleased with the fast service! They have earn our business for our fleet needs!!! Had the guys at Kelly’s take a look at my car because a wobble had developed. Got a text from them with a link to pictures and even a video of the cause of the issue. I’ve never had a mechanic shop do that before and just thought that was the coolest thing. Very transparent during the whole process! It ended up being an issue with a tire and they don’t handle tires, but I was happy to pay the diagnostic fee to determine what was wrong and took the car across the street to Les Schwab and bought new tires and the issue was gone!

No one wants to break down on the 5 after a week of Oregon Country Fair, but I did and had to be towed to Kelly's. I spent the night in GP and early in the morning was greeted by Sherry who was magnificent. She assured me they try to get travelers back on the road, I needed a new radiator and hoses. They finished the job by 3pm, slightly under budget and I was able to get home by 10:30 pm. It's got a 3 yr guarantee that is honored around the country and my van is running like a champ. Also had a chance to walk around Grants Pass and it is a super sweet town.

I had a limited amount of time to get my car in for an AC check before going on a road trip. Kelly was able to squeeze me in look at my AC and furthermore, they checked all my fluids knowing that I had a road trip I was going on the next day. They even called a day later to check up and make sure that everything was still OK.

They were super helpful and amazing! Very friendly and kind! They helped us when my car got stranded in Grant's Pass halfway through our trip. They went above and beyond to assist us, and were so wonderful to us the entire time! We highly recommend them!!

After more than a week of roaming the west visiting national parks, I noticed a shaking / vibrating feeling while stepping on break while going down Cascade and Siskoyou mountain pass so I went to Kelly's in Grant Pass and the lady in the front desk made sure the issue will be addressed. Fortunately I was advised both rotors and pads were all fine and that I was told to be easy on break while downhill as rotors can get really hot causing that vibration. The lady in fron desk was so helpful and friendly. I wasn't charged a penny too.

We are new to the Grants Pass area and Kelly's automotive was a recommend to us by a neighbor. We have used Kelly's automotive 4 times now for both simple vehicle maintenance jobs and major repair service and have been pleased with the technical service and customer service provided each visit. So glad we found a quality shop for our vehicles.

Everyone is very friendly when we come to have our vehicles serviced. I have taken all of my vehicles and trust them 100%. Recently we had an issue with the air conditioner in one of my vehicles and they worked endlessly to figure out the issue. They honor their work and I will never go to another place to have my cars serviced. Jared was the one I spoke to on every update with my car, and he was nothing but professional, very prompt and easy to work with.

My late father was a mechanic, owned his own machine shop and always serviced and fixed my broken cars. I’ve always found it hard to find a reliable and trustworthy mechanic, I guess I just have high expectations sewn deep into my soul. I found Kelly’s a few years back after seeing their name all over social media. I’m so glad I did, they are the best people you will meet. Kind, friendly, honest and I never feel taken advantage of and I always leave happy. Maybe a little more broke but worth every penny!! I trust them with all my vehicles and even my mom’s car! The sweet little thank you card after a visit is a lovely touch!

I took my wife’s vehicle here to be diagnosed and for a quote on repair. Sometime later, they called me saying they weren’t sure exactly what was causing the problem. Furthermore, they went on to say they’d re-do the whole system quoting me over $1,500 dollars! I found it strange that they couldn’t diagnose the exact cause. I decided to get a second opinion at Specialized Automotive Service & Repair. They found a rock had damaged/imbedded itself in the system and completed the job for $850. I’m not sure what prompted Kelly’s to fail in this aspect, but I’ll be going back to Specialized for quality work.

Jared and team took excellent care of daughter who broke down passing through town. Gave her hotel recommendation, drove her there to be safe, prioritized inspection and urgent repairs to get her back on the road. Couldn't have asked for better service and level of care. Thank you!!

I was traveling from Seattle to California. My 92 Ford F150 broke down about 1 AM. Had it towed into their shop? Contacted them the next morning. They came and picked me up, they told me they were busy and may not be able to look at it till Monday. I asked them to let me know cause I may tow it somewhere different. They said let us see what we can do first. They call me about 11:30 AM. Vehicle's all ready to go incredible service At a very reasonable price for the repairs. Everybody was so helpful. Shuttle rides where I needed to go one of the best automotive experiences I have ever had. Thank you to the whole crew. You are great.
