Katie used to be fantastic last year She decided she wasn’t gonna do my taxes on time which caused me $500 in late fees and penalties because she did not do my taxes on time gave me excuse after excuse after excuse as to why they were not done on time. I finally had to threaten her with lawsuit to make her to pay the in penalties and back fees because she did not do my taxes on time. Now she’s threatening to take me to collections because she thinks I owe her money don’t ever use her service again. She used to be the best now she’s not less you don’t care if your taxes are done on time or if you can get a hold of her. At this point, I will be contacting the IRS and filing a complaint against her tax preparation number.

Extremely knowlegable and keeps up to date on tax rules and regulations. Katie is efficient and organised and is also has a great personality. After all, getting your taxes done usually isn't a fun thing to do.
