This place did not call to give my fiancé a quote and just worked on his car and said we have to pay over $200 to get the car back get home and it is not even fixed right the exhaust is still dragging and they did really bad welds on the exhaust doesn't know what he is doing with exhaust systems this is not what we want done at all the car sounds worse now then it did before listen to your customers and call first he had parts to go on his exhaust and they said they can't be used but they definitely can be just was a little more work. Never going back the fool works out of his house

I have used this business a couple of times and find them to be very honest, efficient and reasonable in their charges. Today I called to get an estimate on a repair. Kevin said that he thought there was a recall on the part and I let him know I had already called the local Ford dealership and they had told me no. Kevin gave me a quote which was going to be about $900 and we made arrangements to get the car to his shop. He called back after just a minute or two and let me know that Ford did have a customer satisfaction program that would replace the part for me. This was above and beyond. Kevin didn't have to look out for me this way, but I am so glad he did. I would recommend this business wholeheartedly.

Short version: My Sprinter van was leaking diesel fuel, and Kevin saw me on short notice and fixed the problem in under an hour! Incredible, great, fair, honest, friendly, all good things to say. Long story: I have a home in Grants Pass that I use as a base for summer activities like kayaking and camping. On Monday, I noticed diesel fuel dripping from the van. I called a few shops in the area, and all of them had wait lists on the order of two weeks to two months. This was an emergency; I could not go anywhere until the problem was fixed. A friend recommended Kevin at K&C Budget Muffler and Performance. Kevin listened to me on the phone and agreed to take a look, and made time to see me just two days later. This morning Kevin found the problem and fixed it. An overly large hose clamp had been installed on the fuel filter by another mechanic just before the trip. I was ready to go in under an hour. Kevin is out of town near Griffin Park, but has a full warehouse/huge garage area with several lifts. He evidently has a wide and thorough knowledge of all things auto-related. Thanks Kevin and Brandon!

Kevin at k and c budget muffler has worked on a lot of rigs for me. It doesn't matter if it's diesel or gas New or old. He always fixes whatever I take to them and he never leaves me hanging. And they're the nicest guys you can talk to And it doesn't break the bank to Have them work on your stuff

These guys are top notch. My radiator blew when I was out in Merlin. I was able to limp my Jeep to their shop and they had my radiator swapped out in less time than it would have taken to get my Jeep towed home. It cost me less than towing it, buying the part and doing it myself as well. Saved me time and money, I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend using them.

this is the only mechanic I go to, knowledgeable, trustworthy, very good prices. I've taken my truck in for a wheel bearing replacement, he calls me back and corrected me and said that it's actually the brakes, squealer tab hissing. Like I said very trustworthy man.

Brandyn and his father are two amazing people who are very helpful and give great service everytime I go to get my car serviced. He also takes care of my wife's car and we both know we have nothing to worry about when we take it to them. They are really honest, helpful and knowledgeable. I won't take take my car to anyone else, they are people you can trust.

Called everywhere in the valley to get exhaust work done and got attitude and 2 week waiting times. I called Kevin and he was very respectful and even got us in after hours on the same day. Prices are the best I have seen in the valley ever. We tried to pay more than he was asking for taking us in way past closing time and he insisted on we don’t. Very passionate about his work and did everything in a speedy manor and making sure everything was done perfectly awesome work from Kevin. All around great shop and great people definitely recommend. Wont go anywhere else.
