Integrity displayed as extraordinary customer service. Washing machine wouldn't start. Made appt. Not to much later they called back to explain what was probably going on with machine in order that I may have all the info before the tech came out and we spent a lot of money on an older machine. We canceled the appt, but will definitely call them again if needed because they just didn't come out and charge me to fix it when the fix it cost was going to be the same as a new machine. Giving me all the info to make a good decision showed true integrity. ?

The scheduling and appointment communication is so simple and user friendly. Our tech, Trevor, was polite, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. After having the tech from the company we bought our range from come out multiple times and replace the burner multiple times, Just-In Time was able to finally get it working properly. Unfortunately, the problem was due to the original install the whole time! While they were at it, they replaced my ice maker. I also had them fix my dryer last year with the same service satisfaction. I would highly recommend using their services.

My 1st time needing appliance repair and Just In Time was absolutely great! My dryer stopped working. I needed a new circuit board, which was discontinued. I had found a replacement and they came out the next day after being received. Trevor was great! He had the new circuit board in and working within minutes. I would highly recommend this company.

Excellent service, communication and prompt. Cooling fan on my double oven replaced by Trevor. He was very knowledgeable and explained the process thoroughly. Will definitely use Just In Time if any other appliances need repair.

I was very happy with my experience. Justin came out and was professional, friendly, and got right to work. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem with the washer and get it working, again! Thankfully, it was nothing too serious.

Trevor is amazing he was polite and went thru all of my dryer. Thankfully it was something minor. He even took the hose of my outside faucet
