I had to pay twice what I paid last year. They wanted to charge me $1000 and reduced the price to $800 when I complained. Everytime I tried to get ahold of my tax consultant she did not get back to me. I am very disappointed with this firm. THe price doesn't match service.

I needed to have my taxes done. Made an appt for a 15 min consult and the person I was assigned to didn't know about the appt. I asked for a consultant in Grants Pass, they assigned me to Medford. They transferred me to Grants Pass, which is apparently closed during my lunch hour. I sat on hold for 12 minutes, hung up and called back. Someone in Medford gave me this number 541-244-2650. Called it. Wrong number. Bottom line: since we share a lunch hour it will be impossible for me to drop off my tax paperwork in Grants Pass. Wow. Would have been nice if the person who set up my 15 min consult would have told me that. 2 weeks and 45 min of my lunch hour I have no appt to have taxes done. You suck.

John's "CFO for hire" services can also help small businesses with business planning, tax planning and audit services. It's a great way for startups or businesses too small to have their own CFO get the expertise and experience they might not be able to hire otherwise.
