A 5 star rating for stellar customer service, due to the manager, Austin P. and his crew, who all went above and beyond my expectations. Knowledgeable, skilled, friendly, and above all - honest. I had choices in what manufacture recommendations that I wanted to take care of, or wait on. I cannot say enough positive things about this specific “Jiffy Lube” location in Grants Pass Oregon.

I've been going to the same jiffy lube since I got my truck, just for oil changes. All the previous times they talked me to about what they are doing and what's going on but the last time I went, they BARELY spoke to me! now my truck sounds off and they are claiming I need a bunch of stuff worked on my truck when I have already had it serviced somewhere else not that long ago. I'm not even sure they checked my air filter!! I am not returning and will tell people to steer clear of jiffy lube on G street, I worked WAY to hard for my truck to slip out of my hands because of someone who hates working on vehicles working at shop?Service: Oil change

Service was okay. Disappointed that that, when asked, the manager played d*** regarding the available coupon on line, for $29.95 oil change & quoted $47.95 for the service. Fortunately, for me, I found the digital coupon while waiting. He wasn’t surprised, at all & honored the coupon. I’m guessing that it’s company policy to not volunteer money saving info with customers, in order to maximize profit.Service: Oil change

The guys who helped service my car were a great help and gave me a ton of info. Definitely very knowledgeable. They even topped off my wiper fluid while they were changing my oil. Thanks guys. Will be coming back soon??
