“The store is ok but needs a better system for entry cause after walking in youre kinda jogged around and disoriented with multiple people greeting and asking you to go sign in and wait and then when you calm down you find the tablet in the front but after that service was quick setting a phone up and getting wifi to the house”

“I had a FEW ongoing problems on my bill that I tried to get resolved before thru Verizon to no avail. But this time, Paul Gonzalez came to the rescue! Considering it was multiple billing issues AND upgrading three phones we were there for a few hours. But the entire time Paul was absolutely pleasant and extremely helpful as we struggled through all of the issues. Even walking me thru a few "how to's" for later on my own. I can’t express how incredibly appreciative I am for all he did. It's not the company that keeps me coming back, it's employees like Paul that make the company stronger.”
