All the people at Henderson's Line-Up were professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and did impeccable work. And as I did, most of the people that were getting work done on their RV's, drove to Henderson's Line-Up from out-side of Oregon. It was a comforting feeling to see people that drove all the way from central and southern California, northern Washington and Canada at the shop, to have Henderson's Line-Up work on their RV's.

I highly recommend the team at Henderson's for any RV suspension work. They used their Road Performance Assessment methodology to diagnose how my RV suspension was performing. I had a LOT of sway, fought cross-winds and generally was a workout to drive in any adverse/windy conditions. They were so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They explained issues very clearly and how certain products would address those issues. My coach drives like a dream now! I am VERY happy with the results they delivered. Customer Service is OUTSTANDING. I now know why people travel from all over the country to utilize their expertise.

Randall and the team at Henderson Line Up did a wonderful job. Our 5th wheel needed an alignment. They have electric hook up, if spending the night, start on your rig with an assessment, then Randall overviews it with you. The customer lounge, that is pet friendly, is stocked with snacks, coffee, a fresh popcorn machine, microwave if you need to heat up something, WiFi, tables and chairs and other comfy furniture. Very very friendly staff, everyone is very welcoming. After this visit, we can see why they are one of the better repair shops.

Bettie and I learned about Henderson Line up from her cousin who had some work by them. She’s awfully prickly and a good recommendation from her is GOLDEN.
We made an appointment for August 18th-20th and drove to Grants Pass Oregon to have them perform their suspension enhancement magic.
From the get-go we were impressed by their customer service awareness, greeting us when we arrived, and the array of parts to remediate just about anything that’s wrong with a suspension system. We agreed on what I thought would be needed, but they suggested that they perform a Road Performance Assessment. Matt was our technician and he and I hit the road with him driving. He assessed pitch, roll, yaw, tail wag, porpoising, and just plain “loosie goosy” handling. I’ve never been on a ride like that, had to change my underwear when we got back! Kidding of course.
Matt and Bettie and I reviewed his assessment and concurred on what needed to be done to enhance our ride. And then the fur flied and Matt dug into our Tiffy. What a pro, his tools were spotlessly arranged on his rolling tool box, the parts necessary for our suspension needs were neatly boxed and sitting ready for installation, but most importantly to us, Matt could communicate what he intended to do, did, and why it was needed, in terms we could understand.
Matt spent 2 ½ days replacing the old suspension parts and adding their custom designed parts.
We conducted a post suspension upgrade Road Performance Assessment along the same route we did the initial one on. Oh my gosh, we were in a completely different handling Tiffin Allegro Bay Super C!! No comparison to the old handling. We are currently on a 5,400-mile road trip to Alabama and driving this rig is a dream. Bettie can hardly wait to cut her teeth on a nice straight flat stretch of road!!!

I'm very happy with the Invisibrake Henderson's installed in my tow vehicle. Especially happy when they later found the electrical issue in my tow bar connections and just fixed it on the spot. I'd highly recommend Henderson's.

I must say that the Henderson Line Up Suspension products definitely do their job. To completely outfit our brand new 2023 Holiday Rambler Eclipes class A motorhome F53 Chassis the cost was about $9000.
A lot of people would consider this to be a lot of money but in my and my wife's opinion the difference in handling and ride comfort is truly amazing and well worth the cost. The honesty and integrity at this company is second to none in both their office personel and technicians.

Henderson's Line-Up was excellent to work with. Very professional and detailed. Did everything exactly as they ssid they would. The actual cost of the job was less than their estimate, which was a nice bonus. I would 100% use them again.

We had independent suspension w/disc brakes put on our Momentum 350M in 2020.they were very accommodating as the parts delivery was delayed. We stayed 10 days and we're treated like family!
We had a company in Dewey, Az. do a brake line replacement and the used something other than brake fluid. Neil, with Henderson Line-up diagnosed and repaired in a very timely manner. The brakes are like new again.
We would drive the thousand miles again for the confidence we have in Henderson Line-up!

I had a great experience at Henderson's. They were friendly and professional. They installed a Safe-T-Plus on my Tiffin Allegro Bus and it made a significant difference in the steering and handling. I am also a local business owner of 35+ years and know what it takes to deliver top notch services. I highly recommend this well run local company for your RV service needs.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Henderson’s Line Up in Grants Pass, and can confidently say that they deserve every one of these five stars! We had the MORryde Bolt On independent suspension and disc brakes installed on our Brinkley 5th wheel, and we couldn't be happier with the results.
From start to finish, the service was nothing short of phenomenal. Randall and the team were incredibly hardworking and attentive, ensuring that our experience was memorable. They completed the installation in just three days, which exceeded our expectations and allowed us to get back on the road quickly.
Going forward, we will be returning to Henderson’s for all of our brake, suspension maintenance needs. I highly recommend anyone else to do the same! I took my Monaco Diplomat 38!in to have the suspension checked and the handling improved. I got to know all the employees. They were kind, welcoming, smart and skilled. I got honest input and solid work for a very fair price. I’m going back for additional enhancements that they ordered for me. Terrific family business.
