My wife and I have been shopping at Havoc for some time and absolutely love the customer service! They are extremely nice and helpful and always make us feel welcome. When we see a couple of bad reviews, it’s from knuckleheads who walk in 5 minutes before closing so disregard those reviews because this place is nothing but welcoming and they have an amazing selection of punk/rock T-shirts, skateboard accessories, Ben Davis clothing and body jewelry at great prices….thank you both and we look forward to coming in again real soon ⚒️⚒️😁

I started going here to get new body jewelry for all my various piercings. Then it became my go to for purses, hoodies, and hats. The owner has always been great about getting specific items from the various brands he carried. Now I love going in to get new skull candles he carries. Great local shop.!

This place is crap. Its supposed be a skate shop more like a fake shop. We had a longboard built here in January and in April they don't carry any parts. No this place is Hella weak sauce. Don't waste your time or money here. Take the 20 min drive to Jacks board house in Medford.
They weren't even interested in helping.

They’ve got some cool stuff but the workers were pretty rude. My man came into this store while I took a look at the reptile store next door (super cool store!) and when I came in I was about to ask to buy some body jewelry but someone who my man said was named “Miles” came out of the back and very rudely shooed us out before I could even ask because it was a minute or two past closing time. My man had already spent 70 dollars and was going to spend more but after being rushed and shooed out by the rude employee, he regretted making any purchase at all. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re serious about good customer service because they sure aren’t. Every place I’ve ever worked at has frowned upon shooing off customers just because it’s close to closing time especially if the customer intends on spending money. And people wonder why no one wants to shop local anymore and buys everything online.

When in with the family it was looking around spending some money, he bought a skateboard for $70 was continuing to shop was gonna buy some more stuff. My woman wanted to grab a few things and From the body jury department and it is 3 minutes after 6. They are rushing us out the door starting to be very rude for someone considering I just spent some money. I'm was ready to spend some more definitely, not very good service. Would I go back or recommend no? Not with that customer service, I was honestly very disappointed, bought the skateboard after that. The very bad customer service shame on you!
