Hams Auto is a very reputable shop with knowledgeable and friendly staff. I've had to had work done on my rig twice in a year now and Ham's has come through both times. Kim is frequent with her communications and status updates and Richard is just so easy to work with. We appreciate the professionalism and the great work!

This is no longer a 'family' owned business. I had gotten a estimate without insurance info and it was 30% higher then the estimate for the insurance appraisal. When the repairs were done they tried to charge me the extra 30% over what they agreed to with the insurance company, and I was told I could not have my vehicle without paying the extra money, them claiming I owed for a $500 deductible. My vehicle was hit in a parking lot, and the insurance company paid in full, no $500 deductible.

Ham's Body Shop did a fine job of repairing and painting my car's front end. The staff did a great job of explaining what was needed and my options. I recommend this body shop!

This shop was recommended by friends and my insurance company after I was in a collision. They took great care of my car and their communication was amazing. They have a great relationship with the rental car company and made sure that they were there waiting for me on the first day. After all was said and done my car looked and ran great! Jamie is a j**** He is running his grandpas business into the ground. Do no take your vehicles here. He will not get your results quickly Ana gets mad when you question a timeline for repairs.

I hit a deer in my car. Cracked the front bumper and cracked a few other spots. I took it in to get the estimate and repairs done. They were straight forward about everything. I dropped it off Monday and got it back Wednesday. Cant tell anything was ever wrong! They even detailed the inside and outside for me. Very friendly and professional. Would recommend to anyone!
