The service and people at this hotel are the best! We stayed just one night and had issues with food poisoning and had to go to hospital. The overnight attendant was so helpful, concerned and amazing!Highly recommend staying here!

It's not a great first impression. I pulled into the hotel parking lot... and the first thing I see are signs, that say, " PARK HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK. HOTEL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PROPERTY, " Posted ALL OVER THE PARKING LOT!!? Like there was somewhere else to park... like seriously? And why dont you just say hey break into peoples cars, we won't do anything about it... It's ok!!!I arrived late at night, with Arya, my service dog. So that made me feel really comfortable ??The woman at the front desk was pleasant and really nice to Arya... but then assigned us a room on the second floor ? love dragging a suitcase dog? Dogs stuff, etc, across the hotel lobby, up the elevator and down the hall. I know it sounds like snobby, but it makes a world of difference. Then I get into the room. It was like a funky mismatched retro (old) furniture. Go to lay on the bed, annnnnd it's a hard as a rock spring mattress ???? are you serious?!?!? This was the second most expensive room on priceline, and it's 130am... uhhggg. I can't win... oh, there is however a 24-hour Denny's,across the street but don't excited if you're starving at 1am. Because they are actually not open 24hrs at all. They close at 12...

My go to place when traveling through Oregon. Never had an issue with hotel or staff. Great rooms and plenty of gas stations and restaurants nearby.

Super nice hotel. Staff was great. They helped me pull off a holiday surprise/prank on my 3 teenagers. They were actually impressed! Breakfast is really good, especially when you have a vegetarian daughter, 2 hungry teenage boys, & myself. The room was beautiful.Only complaint came from the kids, and that was the absence of a Jacuzzi. But they enjoyed the swimming pool.Rooms: The room was nice and spacious for all 4 of us. The kids & I really appreciated the availability of charging ports on everything. Every piece of furniture and/or lamp, or appliance, had multiple places to plug in your chargers.

The lady who helped us check in on night shift was awesome! She was so helpful and went above and beyond to talk and help us with our stay. My husband and father both have service animals and my husband is an Active service member and the lady that was on shift in the morning was super rude to my father. She asked us not to bring our dogs into the dining area which was totally fine, but then asked what my father disability was which was no okay and not legal. So there for we did not stay the rest of our stay. And they did not even apologize for their behavior. And with being in the military we travel and we will not stay at another Hampton Inn again because of this experience. LEARN THE LAWS FOR SERVICE ANIMALS AND WHAT YOU CAN AND CANNOT ASK.

The pool was EXTREMELY COLD. The bed wasn't very comfy and you need to bring your own pillow because theirs are incredibly uncomfortable.

Podunk hotel with the Hilton name. Breakfast was sparse and luke warm. I had scrambled eggs, (tasted like powdered) cuz the omelets looked like a fruit pie from McDonald's. No salsa. Some hard and stale looking breads for toasting. I added some turkey sausage, the only sausage offered, and it was cold and texture was mush, not at all like pork sausage. Everything was bland, plain and unappetizing. Breakfast offerings has really went down since I was here for Easter. Ending on a positive note, coffee was good.Rooms: Clean but average. Def not worth the Hilton name or the prices charged.Nearby activities: An In and Out. Denny's and some Mexican restaurant. Nothing else except a noisy freeway within 100 ft of the rooms.Safety: Safety was good. No one around except the few guests here for the holiday week. It really not near anything except the freeway. I really thought it would be busy but now I know why it isn't.Walkability: Forget it. Not close or walkable to anything. Just another close to the freeway option.

Breakfast was better that most hotels I've stayed at including other Hamptons. The scrambled eggs tasted like eggs and not fake. The dining area was very clean. The front desk staff both in the Saturday evening and Sunday morning at checkout were very helpful and friendly. The hotel lobby and guest room were very clean, We make trips every 6 months to visit my mother in California and this will be our new Grants pass hotel both going to and returning from San Diego.Rooms: Clean well laid outFood & drinks: Breakfast was above average
