For plumbing, electrical and lights this is the place to go. Lots of gas fireplaces have ambiance lights in the firebox and as I service these units when I need light bulbs Grovers is the only place to find them. A great store with really good and helpful people. I use this store a lot. Thanks to all the folks a Grovers.

I have been a loyal customer since 1998 at the Grants Pass location. I have been to the Medford locations a couple times. I vote with my dollars and strive to "shop local" as much as possible.
I priced a simple wooden elongated toilet seat from the "W" big box store at $14.98 so I called Grover on Grants Pass. For the same product the male voice on phone quoted $17 and change. So I bypassed "W" in favor of local and went to Grover. 15 minutes after I called Grover I am looking in the aisle and the least expensive option was $22.19...a bit more. So I request assistance from the service desk (in case I am in error) and I wanted what they quoted me on the phone 15 min prior.
The gentleman jumped right up and escorted me back to the same aisle and pulls a seat off the shelf and says "$22.19...cheapest we have." So my choosing to shop local in this case cost me time, gas, some physical stress because I am disabled, and my loyalty. So before I left I explained to the Grover associate at the front counter the scenario and recommended they be more careful with what they state over the phone so they don't confuse, and lose, customers. Her response was "It is what it is." I told her 'I really don't want to get the seat from "W" because I have come here for 25 years but now that's changing and I am sad.' There was no concern for me as a customer.
Don't shop here unless Grover decides to return to a "customer and community first" mentality.

The folks at grovers are incredibly knowledgable and have helped me figure out a ton of projects from completely rewiring in an old house to installing a artesian well pump set up.

I've got to say that in today's damaged world, there's not very many people muchless stores that make you feel like You just walked on to mayberry street To aunt b's house I walked into Grover's Today and that's exactly how I felt. They were very helpful and they didn't tell me that I couldn't Do what I was trying to do Like so many other stores nowadays do When I couldn't find exactly what I needed cause I only needed one not a bunch they made it happen, And the icing on the cake. Is they actually know what they're doing so for all your plumbing and electrical need. Please go to growers, especially if you want to feel like you're in a good old Hometown.

Grovers has always be a wonderful, helpful store. They recently recommended Water-Boy to an 85 year old half blind widow. He turned a small maintenance job into a $3,600 bill of which 80% was not required. I sure hope grovers doesn't hurt their reputation by continuing to recommend water-boy.
