Spoke to a very RUDE women earlier today. Didn't say her name just answered the phone saying "green leaf". I was going to come in with my $500 plant budget for this month, but after encountering this rude women who should be fired, I will take my money and future business elsewhere. They didn't have the first item I asked about and after telling her I appreciate her looking she just hung up on me, after she was rude 2 times in a row and met with kindness. Just to be hung up on after asking about just one plant.
So rude, unprofessional, and outright mean. I am disgusted by this behavior. I have spent thousands in there over the years. Absolutely disgraceful

I love this place my parents started going oh goodness about 20 years ago. I started going with them for flowers. Just within the last 10 years I have been going for my flowers and veggies garden plants. This place has always been friendly an very helpful.

Love to get all my plants, and herbs, and vegetables from here. The customer service is amazing and have never had a problem with any of the any of the plants we have bought from them. Great atmosphere also.
