Great dealership. They have great people,and are very understanding and patient. I bought a 2015 Jeep Renegade. They delivered it because I didn’t drive the pass. They are awesome. Highly this place.
My car had a problem last week,again they helped make arrangements to get it fixed locally and hooked me up with a rental till it was fixed. These people are the best around.

I would highly recommend Grants Pass Toyota. Since 2017, I have purchased six new cars from this dealership, and each experience has been excellent. The customer service at Grants Pass Toyota is truly outstanding. Recently, I had the pleasure of working with sales representative Sam Braaten. She was fantastic—very knowledgeable about the new vehicle I was interested in and eager to help, answering all my questions. I was assisting my mother with her new car purchase, thanks to Danielle and Carly for their exceptional assistance! The next day, I came back and traded my 2023 Tundra TRD Pro for a new Land Cruiser. The purchase process was quick and easy. Zach in finance is great to work with; I always request him if he is available. He is very thorough and quick, and I have worked with him several times in sales and finance.
Since it became Grants Pass Toyota, I have had nothing but positive interactions with the staff. They always manage to get me what I want, sometimes with a bit of a wait, but they always deliver. If there is ever an issue, it has always been resolved to my satisfaction. The service department—Mike, Luke, and Nate—are easy to speak with and schedule appointments. They let me know as soon as my vehicle is finished, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
Overall, GP Toyota is the only place I would ever purchase a vehicle. All of the staff I have worked with have been very personable, and the purchase process is straightforward. The price is posted, and sometimes they are discounted, never dealer marked up like some other places. Also, all of the managers I have had the pleasure of speaking with—Ashton, Ted, and Matthew—are willing to speak to you anytime you have a question or if you are just walking by. They will ask how you are doing and if you are enjoying your vehicle. It is nice to actually be acknowledged by the managers when you come in, even if you are just in for service or visiting the parts department.

I worked with Justin and Stephanie, I initially thought gas milage was a priority but after a couple days realized the car didn't fit my needs. They have an amazing program that allowed my to exchange my car with no penalty. It was a super stress-free experience.

We showed up at Grants Pass Toyota, and were immediately greeted by Todd. He made us feel at home and valued. His friendly and kind nature assured us that we had come to the right place. He and the staff made the purchase of our vehicle a very smooth process. We definitely will come back to Grants Pass Toyota for any future vehicle needs.

We traded in our 2000 Toyota Tundra for a 2023 Toyota Tacoma. It was a positive experience, and we highly recommend purchasing a vehicle there. (Go see Cameron and Stephanie).
Overall, Toyota has an outstanding business model that other dealerships should consider emulating. The price on the sticker is the price you pay. There is no haggling. There is no wondering if you got a good deal or not. There is no wondering if your co-workers or cousins got a better deal than you. Toyota's business model is so refreshing! Thank you for taking the pressure off!
We first spoke to Karen (from Communications) through email regarding trade-in value. Karen was quick to respond and very polite. It was a welcoming first step.
We then took a trip to the Toyota dealership in Grants Pass. Right away we saw the truck we wanted. It had all of the features we were looking for.
We then met Cameron, an outstanding sales representative for Toyota. Cameron was polite, patient, professional, and not at all pushy (which we loved). He made sure we were satisfied and happy every step of the way. He provided excellent customer service throughout the entire experience. Cameron knows Toyotas and he took time to show us old folks all of the fun new features and how to use them. He was patient and kind when we took a test drive. Throughout our time there, he answered all of our questions and concerns. By the way, if we didn't like Cameron when we first met him, we would have walked away from the dealership and that would have been that. However, he was great! We love the no pressure technique. Cameron! You are fantastic! Thank you for the outstanding customer service!
The person who looked at our trade-in was professional and friendly. He made us feel good about taking care of the 2000 Toyota Tundra (aka Polar Bear) all of these years. He offered a fair price, and we shook on it. I am so sorry we cannot remember his name. He made us feel like a million dollars and we will never forget the way he made us feel.
Next comes Stephanie from finance! Hang on to your hats! Stephanie has a great personality and makes the financing part fun. We have never met a finance person who also had a great personality. All the while we were working with Stephanie, Cameron was there the entire time to make sure we were taken care of. Stephanie walked us through everything and answered all of our questions. Again, Stephanie made sure we understood everything. Good grief, this person knows finance backwards and forwards. So competent. So talented. We also liked it that Stephanie could not say enough good things about the general manager and other team members. Grants Pass Toyota obviously has a great team. You could feel the synergy between the co-workers. They all made us feel welcomed and valued. It was definitely a positive experience.
Cameron and Stephanie welcomed us to come back if we have any questions about the fun new computerized features - or any other questions or concerns. There's no doubt we'll take them up on that!
There are just not enough accolades to express our satisfaction. We love our new truck - and of course, since it's a Toyota, we know we'll enjoy it (without issues) for another 20+ years.

Todd was very helpful,friendly and best of all not the typical push it down your throat car salesman. I told him what I wanted what I needed and he did his absolute best to meet my needs as a buyer. The numbers ended up a little higher than my expectations but what can I say im cheap, over all came out with a beautiful vehicle, fair price and good extras plan. If your looking for a good experience buying a vehicle I'd definitely recommend Grants Pass Toyota .Todd was great,I felt like I was talking to an old friend!! Thanks Todd

We purchased a car this summer, and had a wonderful experience. Teddy Patton was helpful and patient as we made a decision. He was very knowledgeable about many cars. We were looking for a late model Highlander with specific equipment. He maintained a businesss relationship with us throughout the summer, that let us know we was ready to help us, but was never pushy. He worked hard to find us exactly what we wanted as new trades arrived. He took car of us throughout the entire process. As we moved toward finance, Chris Ingledue was amazing as well. All around great experience. We love our new to us Toyota, and the experience we had with buying this car.

Recently purchased a Toyota Tundra TRD Pro from Grants Pass Toyota. As an out of state buyer I was nervous, but after speaking with my sales rep Matthew Monthei any concerns were gone. Matthew was great to work with, sent plenty of videos of the truck, and even crawled underneath the truck for videos to show how clean the vehicle was. The whole process was extremely smooth, price was great even for a highly sought after truck. Matthew helped arrange delivery of the truck and picking up my trade in. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, even if you are an out of state customer, I highly recommend Grants Pass Toyota and Matthew Monthei.
