Wonderful park and such a treasure to the town. As the name suggests it is kept up by volunteers. They do a great job! There are many different paths to walk and always lots of people and dogs. They also have event spaces and sports areas. The bridge over the river is nice to stand on and watch the water. Just don't let your dogs off leash as I read about someone losing their dog in the current. There are a few places to access the water and it is too strong for anyone. There are some nice paths over some ponds where you can see all types of ducks, geese and turtles at times. Plenty of free parking and close to town.

One of the prettiest parks I've walked. Only downfall are the people walking their dogs and NOT picking up after them! I've seen multiple people doing this in just the last week. I would never walk my pup without a supply of dog bags. There's really no excuse as the park has many bag stations along the trail. Remember the park is for everyone!

Great park to take a stroll in, this park is huge. The location of this park on the Rogue river makes a magical setting for a wonderful walk or ride around in nature. There are a lot of parking spots at this park and you just keep driving and driving and it just seems to go on and on. We found a shady spot to park in and I got my dog and my lunch and headed out for a bench. While we ate we could see many people out enjoying the beautiful scenery. There are multiple ponds that have fish in them if you want to fish or take a child fishing. Remember you need a license if your not a child. Cool thing is that the bike riding trails were paved and smooth, well marked trails are easy to follow, plenty of trash cans along the way. This park is really clean also. There is an abundance of squirrels, ducks, geese. There are clean bathrooms and a great kids play area that is also big. We enjoyed the flowers and everyone was friendly and nice. Recommend

Came here with family that visited from out of town. It was a pretty cold fall day, and had some rain. We still had such a great time. The fall colors in this park are amazingly beautiful Kids had a blast feeding the ducks, kicking all the leaf piles and running up and down the bridge.

Squirrels, squirrels and more squirrels....my pup loves this park and we drive here just for her. It's beautiful and clean with playground and bathrooms. There are places to fish and benches to enjoy the view. If you play pokemon go there are also a lot of stops and gyms.

We love this park! It's always clean and there's plenty of playground equipment for the kids to play on. There's also quite a few different docks so you can fish in the little pond as well as feed all the ducks. It's plenty big enough to have a birthday party at as well. It's just an overall great park!
