I had a cracked screen. Parts came in fast / next day. Repair went smoothly. Finger printer reader on the screen didn't require recalibrating. Great job!

Service is great, but they should consider changing their hours. The two times I arrived to get my phone fixed, both online and the sign on the door said Monday they opened at 11 and Tuesday-Friday 9:30-6:00. Friday last week I arrived at exactly 9:30 and waited for 30 minutes and no one showed up, so I came back at 12. Now being Monday I came by at 11, and It’s now 12:06 and the doors are still locked. Many people have stopped by to see what the hours were only to see that it’s still not opened.

I was waiting with others about an hour past the time the store was suppose to be open (no sign on door about change in schedule of operating hours). The guy finally comes opens up has no inventory for phones to show and never called me that afternoon when supposedly they would have something for me to come back and look at. Said he's taking a vacation and the store won't be open for 8 days. I think this is a hit and miss place to shop. I see others have had good experiences and I really was excited to also have a good outcome but it doesn't appear to be a good place for me.

These poor folks are drowning. They are the only professional, real repair shop left in GP. Meaning, they CAN and WILL get all of your data transferred when all the cell companies will tell you that you need a whole new phone. I sat in their store for a few hours today. I watched them do quick repairs for 2 senior citizens for NO CHARGE! I watched them get verbally abused by many spoiled phone owners that wanted everything done in a day. I watched them say they are going out of business because of the hostility. It seems all we know is how to complai n and be impatient these days. It is hard when we depend so much on these devices . Try to remember these folks didn't break your device. If you can be a little patient, they will help. So sad to see them trying so hard and just sinking under the actual amount of customers that need help.I appreciate them for trying to help. I know as a hospital employee how disgruntled people can get when they are scared and have to wait. I have seen folks get irrational and angry when they can't be seen right away. Our lives were once slower and much better before all this technology got us spoiled. Thanks Chris, I was patient and you helped me save 23 years worth of data. Sorry to see you go.

Left a samsung tablet to have a charger port repaired was told it would be ready within a week. Not answering phones or returning calls after waiting for a month and being given the run around no work was done to the tablet.Bad buisness practice.I'd rather pay more money to someone that will actually do the repairs.

Can't say enough about this place! Thank goodness I went here vs 3 plus hour last time at t-mobile!!! 1 man working so be patient but he knows his stuff! If you value your time like I do I highly suggest going here 1st!

I do not understand how this place has such good reviews… everyone I’ve been talking to recently has had issues. After getting my Samsung galaxy s22 ultra phone screen “repaired” here the phone wouldn’t work because it said that there were “non-authentic parts” used. After bringing it back in and asking about that, all that was said is that he used authentic parts, but Samsung flagged it because there was no Samsung sticker on the part he used? Made no sense. So after paying $385 for them to fix my screen with faulty parts, I had to pay Samsung another $320 to fix what gp cellular did not fix. I went in with the receipt and proof of payment to ask for a refund and was told it wasn’t possible due to them being a small business. So I paid twice to have the same problem fixed, for no reason. They also claimed they would try to help me get a refund from Samsung. I sent multiple emails and they just stopped responding. I would suggest to never go here, I’m out $700 because I decided to. ??♀️ Such a shame as I always want to support local businesses but I will never go back and I will never tell anyone else to. On top of this, I understand parts take a while to arrive, but it was almost impossible to get ahold of them with their number available on google, and multiple times I would try to go in they would be closed with no explanation, and my voicemails were never returned I just had to keep going in hoping someone would be there. What a headache it was to work with this business.

I needed the camera on my phone repaired. The replacement camera was difficult to source and there were some initial complications. I think that's just the nature of this type of work. Despite that, it was obvious that they were competent, committed to getting the repair done right and doing everything they could to get it done as quick as possible. The phone was perfectly fixed and I'm very happy with the result. Electronics repair can be complex and delays are sometimes unavoidable. Be patient. It can be stressful to be without a phone, but they are the ones getting it fixed.

Took my phone is for diagnositc and repairs. Though the staff was friendly the communication was poor, received a call back once in almost 3 weeks, heard parts were order multiple times and never showed up in time. Initially was told there was one problem that turned into 3 And every time, same story with parts not arriving etc...more peoblem found.Was told my inital payment was towards parts that , when i eventually picked up my phone before they were done with the third issues the " found" ...learned nothing was ever really done and the part originally "bad" ...ordered and paid for was never replaced. Took it to mobile madness which had the original part in stock and they fixed my phone within the hour! So basically , they were paid ahead, I had no phone for 3 weeks and not one thing was fixed fixed.

Literally the worst company I’ve ever dealt with took 2 years almost to get my device back and they gave back the wrong iPad and refuse to acknowledge what happened - do not use them ! Go through an reputable cell phone store .

really nice people but really poor communication. i never once got a phone call to update me on my phone repair when i gave them 2 phone numbers to reach me at. they are closed for the weekend and closed early this Friday but did not call me to remind me to get my phone before they closed at 2 instead of 6. Its very frustrating.
