After several attempts to find someone who would install a new battery in an older cell phone, I was very pleased to find Chris at GP Cellular. A "can do", friendly and very competent technician who treats his customers with respect and enthusiasm. This shop is a real find for anyone looking to have their cell phone upgraded or repaired. The price was very reasonable as well! Highly recommended without reservation!

Took my phone to Chris around November 2022 he had repaired my Samsung phone, shortly after my phone was repaired my wifi would not stay connected, phone would shut off randomly, would not charge and I would get a blue screen. The phone no longer would turn so I brought the phone back to Chris around March 2023. It took 6months for me to get in contact with anyone from this store calling them multiple times a day. Finally got ahold of them for them to tell me they were robbed and that is why I was not getting a answer. At that time I was in Washington and needed my phone mailed, they agreed to mail my phone I paid for it be mailed and the repairs done. A month went by calling and calling and again no answer a few months went by till I got. A answer. They told me ups ruined my phone and sent it back wet! I asked for my refund but they insisted to try to repair it. Again months went by with no response. October 2023 I drove to Oregon to grants pass to retrieve my phone and meet with Chris and he refused to give me my phone saying he will STILL and try to repair my phone after it now being damaged by UPS!! He insisted he would stay in touch definitely a lie from a business owner. Currently after over a year dealing with them I have been STILL calling grants pass cell phone repair daily to retrieve property and money!

I had a cracked screen. Parts came in fast / next day. Repair went smoothly. Finger printer reader on the screen didn't require recalibrating. Great job!

Service is great, but they should consider changing their hours. The two times I arrived to get my phone fixed, both online and the sign on the door said Monday they opened at 11 and Tuesday-Friday 9:30-6:00. Friday last week I arrived at exactly 9:30 and waited for 30 minutes and no one showed up, so I came back at 12. Now being Monday I came by at 11, and It’s now 12:06 and the doors are still locked. Many people have stopped by to see what the hours were only to see that it’s still not opened.

Left a samsung tablet to have a charger port repaired was told it would be ready within a week. Not answering phones or returning calls after waiting for a month and being given the run around no work was done to the tablet.
Bad buisness practice.
I'd rather pay more money to someone that will actually do the repairs.

I was waiting with others about an hour past the time the store was suppose to be open (no sign on door about change in schedule of operating hours). The guy finally comes opens up has no inventory for phones to show and never called me that afternoon when supposedly they would have something for me to come back and look at. Said he's taking a vacation and the store won't be open for 8 days. I think this is a hit and miss place to shop. I see others have had good experiences and I really was excited to also have a good outcome but it doesn't appear to be a good place for me.
