As local business owners ourselves, we just don't understand the complete disconnect between the customer and the design department. We realize, the design department can not control the 3rd party contractor(s), but there was zero communication without consistent follow-up. After 5 weeks of us checking-in and repeated requests to get the contractor to show up as promised, WE had to initiate the request to refund the required deposit. Such a huge let down from a reputable business.

I think HD owes me at least $10. for fuel. I got an email saying my order was in, went to the store, only to find HALF of my order had arrived.
At the initial purchase, neither the department nor the cashier nor the Service desk were on the same page.
Not good.

Just canceled my card. I've shopped at Home Depot for a long time. When asked if I was a veteran I always said yes, and showed my DL that has Veteran on it. I had to take my DD214 to the DMV to be approved for the DL designation and for my Navy License Plates. Went there today, they asked if I was a Vet and I said yes. Then I was told I had to register and jump through hoops to get the discount. What? They think they are being respectful; I disagree. They just want more information on me. I had a HD card so they have all the info they need. My DL is proof enough. Nope, when I said no thank you, she said weel thank you for your service.... I told her don't say that your company obviously wants to make hard for them to give veterans that 10% discount. I will be shopping elsewhere.

My husband Jim and I have been shopping at the Grants Pass, Oregon location for the past nine years. As time changes, our home has also. With so many supply needs, it's such a great feeling that Home Depot has our backs. I would like to give a huge shout out to a few of wonderful workers who make our lives a better place to live in. Paul and Mike in electrical really knows his stuff. They make it easier to shop. Anthony and John have a great knowledge of product throughout the store as well. Melissa always greets us with such a fantastic smile at all times, and so do Linda and the other ladies at the register. When Ben Stuby transferred to manage Roseberg, it broke our hearts and we miss him dearly. But Grants Pass got a new manager who truly dedicates her time with ease and is super to work with as well. Shout out to Eeren Brown! We love having you here. We look forward to shopping at Grants Pass for many years to come.Respectfully,Jim and Dale-Marie Shaffer

Bought a stove online from Home Depot. They missed the delivery date twice and nobody seems to know where the oven was and when it can be delivered. I wasted hours of my time trying to find out why they missed delivery twice with little help. Save yourself a headache by ordering from Lowes or other stores not Home Depot.

Ordered a stove in April of 2022 and was told 2 weeks for it to arrive in store. I paid in full at that time. 4weeks later still no stove, but they give a new arrival in a few days and to call back then. Over the next 2 months I'm given a dozen new dates and told to call back. Now mid July and they say they can't refund my money until the stove arrives! The stove is in stock at Lowes and I just want my money back to purchase a stove as I've been without for 3 months. I finally asked to speak to the store manager today and was transferred 3 times and the phone just rang with no answer for over 10 minutes.

We had our house flood and put in a huge order to start repairs. After a week they canceled part of my order after I had already got conformation emails. After being bounced around to 5 people they said there was nothing they could do and to reorder and they don’t offer expedited shipping. It would take another month to receive the items that were supposed to be in this week. We can not start repairs now and had to cancel contractors we had scheduled.

Waited for my washer and dryer to be delivered and installed on 11/12/21 driver called couldn't get up driveway when we explained and documented that the driveway was steep. Took the appliances all the way back to Medford instead of dropping them off at the store. Rescheduled new date of 12/01/21 again waited all day another no show they were delivered to the store around 5pm and by the time I was able to call store no one was working in the appliance department. Three weeks to go from Medford to Grants Pass they must have pushed them on a hand truck. There should be repercussions forthright inconvenience they have caused and the lost wages incurred. When you call the store all you get is being transferred around to wrong departments.

Several days ago i drove from Selma Oregon to Grants Pass Home Depot to pick up a door seal for our wood stove. I was instructed to go to the outdoor plant and pot section. After checking the area all around the wood stoves on display I asked the checker where they were. She said the wood stove display was not out yet. I told her yes wood stoves were out and pointed to them. She said the door seals were not out yet, so I said will you call your manager of this department to check that out. We were eye to eye and she began rolling her eyes at me. I ignored this immature behavior. She called the manager and said "I hate to bother you but do we have wood stove seals out? And the answer was no they are here but not ready to pull out stock yet. Fine with me. I said "Thank you" and walked away. This checker was rude and disrespectful to me. Rolling eyes?? Wow. I will shop Diamond and Fields from this day on. Your store lost a customer.

I've honestly had some of the worst luck keeping things alive from here. The prices are also crazy for almost everything not making it well. They sell SO many things that say they are "soil" but it's kept in airtight bags that definitely smell anaerobic when opened. There can't truly be anything good in there for plants. I have been able to get things I need in a pinch but I much prefer to buy natively from Plant Oregon in Talent. Cheaper and everything I have gotten there survives wonderfully. Home Depot Garden Center is an awesome place to play hide and seek and it is beautiful seeing how many bees use their unsprayed plants! ?

We went to Home Depot, parked near the Garden entrance and discovered it was not open. This was a problem since we were purchasing 6 bags of garden soil. We went inside and found only 1 bag of the soil available. There was a plastic wrap display of them on the storage shelf but no one available to get them down. There were no carts or pallets to load anything onto so another trip outside to get one. The garden area checkstand was closed (an employee said she "didn't know why there were no carts inside and there was not enough staff to keep the checkstand open. There's a beautiful display of plants outside but it's very inconvenient to get them. We rolled out pallet full of soil through the soil to the main checkstand area inside the store. The store itself looked very messy. Lots of employees wandering around but only 2 checkstands open. Next time we'll go to Freds or Walmart.
