Cleanliness: Very meticulous, hot water is instant for washing your hands. I have only good things to say about my visits.

The worst…. Don’t go there if you want customer service. Make appointments and make people wait almost an hour and still no service or apology. They are only about the money and not the customer. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! I will!!! And I will tell everyone I know to write in there experiences with lack of customer service. They screwed the wrong customer!!!!!!!!!!

Had a pedicure done on June 5th and today is only the 20th. I brought it to the lady’s attention the polish didn’t go down close enough to my cuticles. She assured me it was good. This looks like it’s been 5 weeks for my normal grow out. Just bummed that I already need another. I’ve been here many times and usually they do a great job.

This was my first time visiting Forever Nails. Extremely friendly staff. I made sure to make an appointment, as they get very busy. I will definitely be back.

Don't bother making an appointment for arcrylic nails, you will still sit and wait for a long time!! Tao is the only one doing them in this shop, and she is answering the phone and directing the other workers the whole time she is working on her clients... she charges just as much as any other salon, and your nails will be sloppy and half done!
