No one will answer the phone. I have called 10 times this morning- nothing. My insurance called this morning to pay the yard fees and arrange pickup to a service yard after a wreck. The employee said the vehicle will not be released unless I'm present. When I try to call back with the insurance company, he says no one will be in the office until later.
