Absolutely Wonderful, my mother's old hairstylist canceled the day of 1 hour prior to her appt. The name of the lady is "Christine Miller" and she was Arrogant when I told her that was unprofessional. Express took my mother after old hairstylist canceled.

Been in there several times. Never greeted properly makes me feel super weird. Given It a shot a few times but it seems that everytime I go in there..there is never any time mind you the whole shops empty ! Express cuts more like No time express with a empty shop cuts.
