Erika and Dan were amazing. My partner and I were very grateful to find someone so knowledgeable and experienced with VA Loans. Erika was very clear and responsive every step of the way. We appreciated Erika's dedication, as our situation was not typical (dual vets, unmarried). We knew our situation was difficult when a different LOA we consulted essentially gave up after they hit their first wall with the VA. Erika did work through some unique challenges on our behalf, but her knowledge, tenacity, and hard work got us to a successful closing. We truly couldn't have financed our home without her help. It was also nice to work with someone more local. Overall, 5/5 stars. I'd give more than 5 if I could! ?
