Dwayne was able to use both his knowledge and resources to help us get the most for our home in an ever-changing market. He was also able to reduce the stress of having to deal with an uninformed buyer and realtor and was there for every step of the process. He doggedly fought to ensure our best interests were represented the entire time. We will be listing another property with him soon. Wholeheartedly give a 5 star ⭐️ recommendation.

There were many things I really appreciated about working Dwayne were but some of the biggest things were that he was very accommodating and flexible with his time, he was aggressive in a marker that demands it, and he challenged me to think outside my box. I work 12 hour shifts and several times Dwayne met me after work in the dark pouring down rain to show me a place or over the weekend while he was home with his family working on projects. He was always available, even when he was out of the country and driving a school bus packed with a bunch of high schoolers for 3 days straight, he was still drawing up papers and arranging home showings for me. He happily showed me places that he knew were outside my comfort zone when I requested, simply because I needing to stretch my wings a little and dream. He was quick and assertive. I was never waiting on him but he most definitely was so very patiently waiting for me a lot. When I said "yes" to a house he would have papers drawn up within an hour every single time. Dwayne made the buying process very easy for me and as a full time healthcare worker and single mom of 3 kiddos, I needed easy.

Dwayne does more than he has to! I was reluctant to trust an agent. Through working with him we have found he has something that most do not. Dwayne is a patriot for his community and we think he is fair to both buyer and seller. He has a unique ability to maintain comfort while honestly stating his opinion. I would trust him in any aspect of buying especially if I was new to the market or elderly. He is trustworthyand one of the most ethical people I have ever met in sales!

Dwayne Yunker worked tirelessly towards selling our rental property, so much so we trusted him to represent us in the purchase of our dream home. There were some hurdles to get over, from our Veterans loan process, tenants that were still living in our rental, and responses to home inspections, In all our process took longer than most, and Dwayne never faltered, was always on our side, and made it work.
