I had an incident on the way home from Drakes Paint in Grants Pass. I got home and I had paint dripping out of the back of my truck. One of the gallons of paint tipped over and spilled out. I called Drakes and spoke to John, he immediately apologized and not only offered to replace the gallon I
lost but offered another gallon for all of the trouble of cleaning it up. Honestly this is not what I expected, this is truly what good service from a respectable business should be.
I absolutely will be using Drakes in the future, not only is Benjamin Moore the best paint I have ever used but I can't say enough about what great people they are to deal with.

Drakes stepped up in a huge way! Without even asking they heard we were looking for sponsors for a high school sports team. Without hesitation they helped us out and got the largest sign they could. Nothing better then a local company supporting the local community! Great job drakes!!! Support drakes

You truly DO need to buy paint from a good vendor if you want a quality job. Dan and his crew are legitimate experts. Go talk to them before you buy paint at the hardware store.
