We have tried Kelly's service on many different occasions over the last several years and have never been completely satisfied with the results. They have a wonderful, friendly and positive support staff however, when it comes to their overall results they fall short. In our experience, they have difficulty in identifying the correct problem and fixing it the first time, at a fair and reasonable cost. We spent many thousands of dollars with them on just our Mother's car, that after many visits in and out of their shop, they still couldn't properly fix. One expensive problem always seemed to lead to another. It ended up being a total frustrating and very expensive mess.

We broke down with about 12 hours left in our drive. They were helpful, friendly, and managed to get us back on the road to be same day!

Had an emergency repair done here on a trip from Portland to Arizona. They saved me from possibly arriving late to an event in AZ. Fast, professional, and friendly and communicative service. Highly recommend them.

I don't generate too many reviews using the internet, but Kelly's Automotive is a business that most certainly deserves the credit they have earned. I called for an appointment and was told to come in the next day. I arrived, described my problem, and left my F-150 for inspection. The lady at the front desk recognized I needed a ride home and a second young lady ushered me to a car and promptly drove me home. Later that day I received a call advising me my truck needed new brakes and pads front and back as well as rotors. They did that entire job and called me early the following day to come in and pick up my truck. I did and my truck runs beautifully now. My entire experience with Kelly's Automotive could not have been better. These people believe in respect, are cheerful, honest, and treat customers as if they are family. From the mechanics to the front desk these people are absolutely the best. Walter B.

Great service!!! Needed a ride while my truck was getting fixed and they were accomodating. Made the process of picking up after hours simple. Bottom line, Great service!

Had my air conditioning repaired by Kelly's. The next time I drove my car the cruise control didn't work. I thought maybe it was because Kelly's didn't hook it back up after replacing my air conditioning condenser so I took it back. They could have said "No everything was hooked up" and changed me for another repair but they admitted their mistake, fixed it and I was on my way.The ladies at run the office were very friendly and got my car right in to be checked out and offered me a ride home if I needed it.Kelly's is my Go To place for now on!

Our 2011 BMW X5 broke down (still drivable) in Rogue River on our way back from CA. I called Kelly's Automotive and they had me bring it in right away. They were very attentive and had us back on the road in 90 minutes for a little over $300. Highy recommend Kelly's as a place you can trust. Thank you again to all of the staff as they were awesome!

I was so grateful to the folks at Kelly's Automotive, who helped me out on a Monday morning after my car was towed there via AAA. I actually didn't end up paying for any services, but they helped liaise with Les Schwab across the street, transporting my flat tire over there, and then putting on my new tire & balancing it. They also corrected the air pressure in all of my tires, which were overinflated. They offered transport to and from my hotel (it was within walking distance), and were friendly and communicative. I didn't end up paying anything out of pocket, but felt welcome, and got great service from them! The ladies at the front desks were great. Thanks very much!

I had my car towed from Cave Junction, OR to Kelly's in the evening. They got me in first thing the next day. They quickly and thoroughly diagnosed my car as needing a new starter and immediately called me with an estimate. Once I approved the work, they had it done quickly and thoroughly. The price was very reasonable and the staff were so helpful and friendly! It felt like I was at an automotive repair shop I go to all the time! They treat you likely you've been their best customer for years! Very happy!!! Definitely recommend them, and I'd definitely go there again anytime I'm traveling through the area!UPDATE! They not only followed up with me to make sure my car was still running well, but they actually sent me a thank you card! WOW talk about above and beyond customer service! Makes me want to drive all the way from my home in Crescent City, CA to Kelly's for all my maintenance and repairs!!!!!!!!

Our car had to be towed and and here we landed. All the way from Az dealing with family affairs and the fuel pump went out-- they gave us a loaner and a new pump--but I want to emphasize the kindness we were shown by Sheri and everyone at Kelly's--they are SUPER people-- just when you have some feelings about life's situation these people restore your faith!!! I can't thank them enough
