Oof, this place is really gone downhill since Hector left.The employees here are unusually smarmy and holier-than-thou for a place that sells the same stuff that everybody else has at double the price, and essentially feels like a dentist office waiting room.The girl and the guy working today wouldn't even stop talking to each other long enough for me to get my questions in, so I had to repeat myself two to three times with each one.I usually just resign myself to going here because it's close to my work, but I think I'm going to trek across town to Cafe Verde from now on. The fact that they can barely be bothered to give you a genuine greeting at this place just speaks volumes.

We Found Diamond Cannabis when looking for much needed “medicine “ while staying in Grants Pass for cancer treatments at the Spears Cancer Center. Not knowing the area they gave us perfect directions to locate this dispensary.When entering the shop we were met by a friendly and knowledgeable young man, Jon, who asked what my needs were. He was the kindest young man that we’ve met in a long time, showing me patience & empathy for my medical circumstances. The shop was immaculate and inviting too. Jon guided me to exactly what I was looking for. This dispensary is perhaps the nicest that we’ve seen in a long time and we highly recommend Diamond Cannabis! Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and the place is clean.But a Veterans discount is ONLY APPLIED TO 1 PRODUCT BEING PURCHASED.They do not have a PROPER order system to order the products you need.The management isn't so great, the Floor staff is great and knowledgeable.But the fact that we can not get a CONSISTENT MEDICAL product for my medical conditions. We even attempted to ORDER it, but the order form kept going MISSING....and they NEVER have the product we NEED/ORDERED ON THEIR ORDER FORM 3 TIMES NOW.So, the last straw was a screwed up "Veterans discount" that isn't posted and isn't how ANY VETERANS DISCOUNT HAS EVER BEEN APPLIED AT ANY TYPE OF PLACEBuyer be ware.Veterans.....ONLY 1 ITEM WILL BE DISCOUNTED.We will not be getting our meds from here again.

Be careful buying disposables or cartridges from here especially the Piff stix ones. The manager Lucas will literally sell you an empty pen and then refuse to exchange or refund it cause they allowed an empty pen to be sold out of there business. It’s not a good look when the manager is the one allowing these empty pens to be sold.
