I called the Medford office a few times and was told someone would return my calls; no one did.I went to the office to change my policy from homeowners to rental insurance. The agent was unable to help me then but sent me an email several days later with the rental insurance rate. Meanwhile, I had checked the insurance carrier's website and found a cheaper rate than what the local agent quoted. The Insurance Lounge staff obviously are poorly trained and cannot be relied on to give good service. So I successfully changed the policy by working with the carrier rather than the local. agent.It seems when the original owner retired and a new owner took over, changing the name of the company, service deteriorated.
