I took my friend here to get a new phone if she had one of the government free phones and they all of a sudden have stopped them so she had to get another phone so we went to cricket and the gentleman in this store was very informative did everything you could to please my friend and get her set up with a nice phone and a great deal thank you again

Nice enough people and overall a big fan of cricket. Best bang for your buck in my opinion. But this store has some weird return policies. They dont give receipts, wont allow anything to be returned whether it works or not. Phone, case, accessory. I bought an $80 smartwatch and it never worked. They dont even give receipts lwt alone allow returns. Might as well have lit a smoke with a benjamin. The fact they never give out receipts ahould be a huge red flag!!
