I love this Chase Branch. The whole team is always willing to help. It's the workers that make the experience great. It's too bad they closed the branch on the other side of the town. We need another branch to cater to the needs of the growing community.

Always friendly service. Transactions are usually very fast and tellers are courteous.

The large and in charge blonde as she is referred to from other complaints Chelsea sure is making a name for herself with her lack of customer service skills. I didn't bother reaching out to the manager (Jessica) with Chelsea’s abusive behavior of yelling and escalating the situation. I figured they would be buddy buddy since they worked together, and boy, was i right. From other people complaining of the same things that would have gotten me nowhere.Rest assured that the upper management did disappoint. Jeffries lang (the marketing director for this branch) was talking about the good that Chelsea has done for the branch despite Chelsea causing the esculation and her yelling in the branch from acroos the room at the dooor of her cubicle while you can clearly see she was shaking and her voice was craching as she made a seen and was unhinged. He seemed to not mind her threating to call the cops because i asked questions and asked her name. Which seems to be a pattern that chelsea is showing. When i reached out to the regional director, Nathan neguyen, he didn't even have the professionalism to be bothered with complaints of abusive behavior shown by this employee to customers. This branch of customer reviews clearly shows the fast decline of customer service over the last year. I traveled to Medford to conduct business on my account after the unhinged interaction with the grants pass location. The manager of the Medford location seemed to be aware of the complaints about Chelsea when I mentioned the name. She was understanding and assisted with filing an internal complaint. Too bad it didn’t get anywhere because as soon as Jeffries lang caught wind no one was allowed to say anything and when I spoke to the Medford branch manager days later she was not as forthcoming of the issues about chelsea. It seems as if something is being hidden under the rug so the higher management won’t get in trouble for not handling the poor customer service in grants pass location with the consistent pattern and complains that continue to reflect the lack of customer service.

All I was attempting to accomplish was to aid a dying parent. It was my first time trying to navigate a Family Trust. If you are an existing Chase Bank account holder or are looking to open an account with Chase Bank, look elsewhere. With inflated banker titles and lack of customer service skills, they all show a great dislike for their customers.Starting with the teller named after an 80’s pop star Madonna. Unlike the 80’s pop star, this Madonna has red hair and will threaten to call the police on a 25 year loyal Chase Bank client! Yes, be careful not to ask any questions.Looking for a Private Client Service? You have to first get passed Chelsea (blonde) the large and in charge gatekeeper (Assistant Vice President). She is as useless as her inflated title. Her upcoming lunch break is far more important than any customer service. Hope she doesn’t miss a meal, doesn’t appear that she has ever missed one.If you believe for a minute that the bank manager will come to your aid, Jessica (Vice President Bank Manager), boy does she have a surprise in store for you. She is unwilling to take five minutes out of her day to assist a 25 year loyal client too. Jessica (brunette) has a complete lack of compassion. I was shocked to find a human like her in Grants Pass who is comfortable behaving this way. This location of Chase Bank in Grants Pass should be converted to a public restroom or shelter for the unhoused as it would better serve the community. If you live in Grants Pass, you have many options for banking. While many of the banks are smaller, you will definitely receive superior customer service. I urge you to read all the reviews for this Chase Bank location before doing business with them.

Would give 0 stars if possible.Wife went in and asked to changer her name and close her account. Manager straight up told her no, said we aren’t going to change your name if you’re closing the account.1) When they close the account the name has to be correct since they write you a cashier’s check2)Manager was incredibly rude with how she said it.Then when the manager begrudgingly agreed to do the name change, she asked for proof of the name change (wife provided Marriage certificate and ID) and THEN asked for proof her her previous name (which is what the marriage certificate is for).Worst experience we’ve ever had with a bank, highly recommend you find a different bank.

They made one of my customers who is in there seventies drive over an hour to come and verify the funds instead of just calling. The clerks were laughing and joking about customers after they left and ignoring the phone just to socialize I hope at some point the new management can get this place under control because it is getting old having the poor customer service at the ONLY chase in town.

I have been a member there for over 10 years. Even have family members join so we could all be connected. I recently lost my father whom he also had an account there and I was an authorized person on his account. I reached out to the bank to find out what needed to be done. Chelsea called me and was extremely unprofessional and had no respect or concern of my recent loss. I attempted to tell her what my fathers retirement payout told me I needed to do and she would interrupt me saying "I am telling you." When I then interrupted her to tell her "I am just trying to tell you what I was told" she replied that she was not going to allow me to yell at her in which I was not yelling, and then she said she was hanging up and click. I immediately drove to the branch to voice my concerns. The branch manager Jessica spoke with me and was professional and understanding of my needs and confusion of being told two different things. Although Jessica made things correct I closed my 4 accounts because of Chelsea unprofessional and no respect for my deceased father or to me. It is not everyday that you loose someone and have to manage their accounts. She should have an understanding of what one is going through during grieving for someone and be more understanding to listen to what one has to say when they are confused of how to handle an account. I was attempting to make things right for my father and his account so that there were no errors to his account with his passing.

Yesterday I went through the drive thru and the young man that helped me was kind and thoughtful. My complaint was the blonde haired woman that came and started talking to him. Of course I couldn’t hear the discussion but I worked for BofA for 25 years and I would wait until my teller was not with a customer or away from the work area for others to see if we needed to address anything . She was there for a few minutes and the teller apologized but I didn’t think very highly of that woman

Tellers do a good job but we have repeatedly contacted the branch to open an account...we will have to go to another town to open the account. I guess this branch is notorious for their unprofessional behavior. Poor management!
