I have always had good luck with local RV repair services as opposed to national chains, but Caveman RV in Grants Pass, OR, took that to a whole new level. We were two days into a two week RV trip when we noticed a leak in our toilet. The nearest city to us was Grants Pass, OR so I looked up RV repairs and service in that area and gave Caveman RV a call. They said they were very busy, but if I would drop by and be willing to wait while they fit me in, they would take a look at it. I was grateful for this and willing to take whatever time it took to get the toilet fixed, so we immediately headed for Caveman RV. Two hours later we were back on the road with the problem solved. No emergency pricing, they just charged us for the parts and labor. It's not every day that you find someone willing to fit you in when you're in a bind and Caveman RV in Grants Pass, OR, did this for us. They earned my gratitude and deserve your business.

the people act like they care, but they dont. make promise after promise after promise and none of them are worth anything. and some of the people are nice, but they dont really care as well. give you the run around for a couple weeks then oh well, go away! If you walk in with cash you are the first to get the promises met, if not you might as well not even go there.

We came from the coast for an appointment for work to be done on our travel trailer. We unfortunately had several delays on the way, resulting in our being two hours late. They still took us with no questions asked AND finished it earlier than the allotted time!! Plus, they only charged for the actual hours it took to get the job done, rather than the total allotted hours. Great work and great customer service. Thank you!

Today we picked up our new RV . Everything went very well with the purchase and our trailer was beautiful. We were treated very well and we couldn't be happier. Thank you Don and Tim.

They knowingly sold me the wrong item and would not fix their error. I called and specifically asked for the item, was told they had it, picked it up to find it was an extension cord, not the power cord I needed and I was already at my destination hours away before I onew it. I offered to drive all the way back if they would replace it. They declined.

Bought Snugtop canopy less than year ago. It leaks from where canopy meets pickup bed, runs down the length, gets all camping gear wet.3 visits- 1st am told I'm not shutting it right.2nd he tightened door on canopy3rd- am told water from the road splashes up hits undercarriage, makes its way to a hole and travels up to canopy.Dried it completely, left Dry-Z-Air in it, parked it during next downpour.Clever raindrops figured out how to get under truck and with enough force to propel themselves up into pickup sides, travel up to canopy and then leak down into bed.They refuse to make this right. It's not even a year old.

We were from out of state and coordinated a warranty fridge and tank heater pad replacement with Caveman RV. Despite our changing schedule and all the back and forth on our part, they were incredibly accommodating and helpful. New fridge is in and their service was top notch. Highly recommend these folks!

We had the best time shopping and buying our new 5th wheel, Grand Design at Caveman RV! The super professional team - from sales, finance and service, Alan, Brent, Chris, Glenn, Sarah & Tim gave us the best buying experience. We made the trek from Seattle because of their incredible customer service. I/we highly recommend Caveman RV!

We needed parts for our RV. we visited Caveman RV and found that their prices are 4x the normal price of the same part just down the street. The parts men and women are rude and do not smile or have any form of customer service. The owner sits and stares. He frowns and was very inappropriate when we came to pick up a part we ordered.

I recently made a great deal on an RV, completed the paperwork, put down a $5K deposit and set a pickup date. Subsequently, due to a home purchase going south and no where to put the RV, I had to contact them and back out of the deal. I explained the circumstances and asked if they would refund half of my deposit. Glenn said he would check with his manager and get back to me. In about an hour he contacted me and said they would refund my entire deposit. Needless to say they will be my first contact for a future RV purchase.
