We have used this facility since they opened nearly 3 years ago. We have had NO ISSUES whatsoever! The staff has always been friendly and helpful, and the place is clean and well taken care of. Please pay no attention to recent bad reviews. It is great to have complete peace of mind knowing our travel trailer is safe at this facility!

(Horrible experience! ) Scammers I rented a 15x10 for 3 months,we gave them 8,day notice to vacat & moved at the end of October. a worker of mine went back for the couch & 2 chairs ,he was unable to gain access thru the gate,cause they already removed my code to enter.i returned to town and contacted them & ask why we were denied access? They said we werent~LIE ,they keep messaging me demanding November & now December rent + late chrg + lien just completely ludicrous and an unethical business practice they will not steal my couch and then try to extort me for too much rent a horrible business practice especially for local customers I intend to call the better Business bureau I told them they can keep the couch do not do business with Cascade the only thing they do well is keep the place up and they have a nice car wash other than that bad bad business practice

They do not have a map of the place, so we spent the first 45 minutes searching for our temperature controlled unit, and thankfully we found a man willing to help us get into our building, as it required a code, and the code details, were locked into our storage unit. We never would have gotten into our unit.Then we finished 4 minutes after they closed, because our first 45 mins were spent looking for the unit. The employee was VERY rude, threatening to make us pay a fee, as it is "your responsibility to know that there is a locked time that must be respected or you are required to pay the fee." He was not at all understanding or kind.

The staff is really personable, and they all do a fantastic job of keeping the gigantic place spotless and well-maintained. Kudos!

They only have this one cart for the entire facility and it’s locked up on evenings and weekends.I am disabled and had to figure out how to move everything myself.Maybe if they spray painted their name On things theft would decrease. YOr hire staff to actually work during business hours.Im extremely disappointed and would NOT recommend!!!

Great climate controlled storage. It is a little tricky getting in and out because some of the units are inside so you cannot park next to them. If you have stuff you want to keep outta the heat it's excellent though!
