“We had an amazing experience with Lippert's carpet. Cody went above and beyond to help make it happen. We originally went to Lippert's and met Cody in the showroom. He was super down to earth and has a no pressure style. He came out to our house and measured our home and got us a quote right there on the spot. We had received quotes from Lippert's as well as Home depot. I always want to support a local business but unfortunately Home Depot's quote was lower than Lippert's. I called Cody and explained the situation. He was very grateful of the honesty and told me to give a couple days and he was going to see what he could come up with. Being in sales myself I have the utmost respect someone who is willing to fight for their customer. Cody took it upon himself to go to Home Depot on his day off and get a sample of the carpet we wanted and then go back to his warehouse and see if he could match it. Within a couple of days Cody called and said not only did he find the same color but a better a quality carpet. He was able to beat out home Depot by over $1,000 with a better product. They were able to install our carpet super quick and the guys they have installing were awesome!! We are just so happy with the service we received from Cody and Lippert's they really go above and beyond for the customers. Thanks Guys!!”

“I walked in and started looking around. Taryn asked if I needed anything at just the right time. No pressure, no crowding, just helpful. She invited me to take anything home, which I did, three separate pieces. She didn’t ask for my info, just let me take the samples. When I came back the next day for replacement options she kindly offered that people average three times of taking samples home. When I finally made a selection she wrote up the quote for me and offered to hold product that was on hand. As I was leaving I asked who they recommended for contractors and tile people. She offered several cards. This is a family operation, three of four generations work there so far. They love their kids, and they love animals. I will be making a purchase there soon.”
