What a dump! Went inside to place a large order for my coworkers and got the worst service ever. After approaching the counter, the first server who saw me didn't say a word and just turned around to face the opposite direction. Another server walked passed, looked at me and not even a "Hi, have your been helped?" At first, I figured they were just busy and I didn't mind being patient.After waiting a few minutes, a group of four walked in, up to the counter and the same server who had just looked at me a minute earlier immediately offered to take their order. I said, "Hey, what about me?" This entitled piece of garbage then started to lecture me about how orders are taken, said I was standing in the wrong spot to take an order and told me I had to calm down. Seriously?!My guys were hungry and I didn't want to drive to another fast food place, so I gave him my order and held my anger back.To add insult to injury, these burgers had to be the worst I've ever eaten from a BK. They appeared to be under cooked and tasted funky. After a few bites, I tossed my burger in the garbage.From now on, I'll never set foot in any BK. Instead I'll gladly purchase burgers from "Carl's Jr." for the guys at my company.

I placed a mobile order and my son went into the restaurant to pick it up...after 25 minutes of him waiting he went to the counter and asked if it was ready...he said it has been sitting there waiting for someone to come up to the counter...he said he saw my son sitting there waiting but he was too busy taking care of drive through...I told him that I wanted a cherry and he gave me coke...and it was melted...I asked him if he thought it was ok to make someone wait and then give them a substitution and he said yes...it is not his job to call out an order when it is ready..He was really nasty...and he said take it or not...and after talking the way he did he sarcastically said yelled have a nice day and laughed at us

My husband just went through the driveway and it was a nightmare. The "lead" was more concerned with correcting a customer in proper usage of preferred pronouns, rather than getting our order correct. My husband had to have them remake our order twice. For $26, this is completely unacceptable.

Sorry, They take forever and the food is always cold. I waited in line for 35 min. When I pulled up to finally order they closed so one of the two people working could take a break. Don't go there you will definitely get pissed off???

When and if they get my order right it's not bad. The problem is that 8 out of 10 they get it wrong and that is giving them the benefit of the doubt. I do not give them my business anymore which is a bummer because I live so close .

They advertise ALL OVER THE WINDOWS AND DRIVE THRU that they carry the new wraps but when I order them they say we don't catlrry those here.... THEN WHY ADVERTISE.... THATS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.....
