So if packing wasn’t so much work, we’d move every year just to use BSB Transport!! Brian is amazingly reliable, organized and keeps all lines of communication open and easy! He not only loaded up my 85 year old mom in CA, then coordinated a pick up of our load in Tucson, Az… moved all of us to VA…. But also helped us plan the best routes to take based on weather, recommended hotels… just made everything so easy! When he stopped for the night, he’d call or text to be sure we made it safe and sound and check in to see if we had any questions or concerns. We hired BSB for our cross country move based on a friend's ecomendation and we were not disappointed. This is by far the best moving company we have ever used. If there was a10 stars they deserve it. I can't say enough positive things about the owner of the company Brian. His immaculately clean transportation mode was amazing. He was very professional, organized, and knowledgeable. We appreciated his organizational skills, and critical thinking in problem solving. Brian included and informed us of the progress throughout the move. He showed such care and compassion which helped with removing our anxiety that usually accompanies this kind of move. We highly recommend this company and his owner.

I used BSB transport for my move from So. California to NE Texas, Aug 2023 and I have to say simply The BEST!!!! My very first conversation with Brian was enlightening. I knew, at that point, I was interacting with a gentleman who was genuine, professional and could be trusted. Brian is retired law enforcement and takes his business seriously. He offered me all kinds of advice on how to make an informed decision on selecting a moving company, even providing tips on how to pack to ensure our belongings would safely make the trip. He was always available to answer any questions I came up with as I was preparing for this move. You will pay exactly what is quoted with no hidden fees. He shares his GPS location throughout the entire trip or you can caravan along with him. Due to our situation, caravaning with him was our best decision. His contacts in the transport industry became helpful when one of our vehicles became disabled, late at night on a desolate off ramp, 100 miles from our first stop. We got the vehicle towed to the hotel parking lot and Brian made arrangements to get it transported to our final destination. This is "going the extra mile" for your client to ensure all ends well. We arrived at our destination as planned, with the disabled vehicle arriving 2 days after us. Moving is stressful and when something happens it adds to an already stressful situation. We found Brian on FB leaving CA; he was so highly recommended we though we’d check it out. Fortunately he was available on the days we were needing and was so incredibly helpful to us with his recommendations on packing and securing packer/movers on arrival. He kept in constant contact before, during and even after our move. There were no price changes, hidden fees etc . His word is his bond. He’s upfront, honest and trustworthy. I too, highly recommend him and his services to anyone needing to move.

From start to finish Brian was so helpful and professional & his truck is amazing! We felt 100% comfortable having him move our home from California to Arizona. Nothing was broken and he & the moving crews he uses were punctual and efficient for both the loading and unloading. We would definitely recommend Brian of BSB Transport for any out of state move.

My husband and I HIGHLY recommend BSB Transport. We just moved 2400 miles and had the best experience you could possibly hope for. Brian has selected crews to load and unload that meet his very high standards for customer service. Loading and unloading was seamless and every team member was extremely polite and respectful. Everything arrived on time, communication was fantastic, and we just can’t say enough about Brian and his exceptional attention to detail. We had several family heirlooms including a full-size carousel horse… Everything arrived in one piece, no cracks, no scratches, no breaks.Brian can even give you recommendations for safe hotels to stay at along the way if you are driving. Definitely support this business. Brian is one of a kind!!! I wish we could give him more than a five star rating because I would give him 25 stars!!!

tldr; Brian and BSB Transport is the only way to go for your moving needs!Brian came to us by way of an extremely solid referral. Trusting someone to move the entirety of your family's personal belongings across a number of states and days is no small undertaking. You need to believe that the person/company moving your stuff is reliable, honest, cares about your cargo, and acts with integrity. Brian is all of those things.We had an initial call where we discussed where we were coming from, where we were going, what our timeline was, costs, etc. We discussed contingencies, insurance, logistics, and everything else you'd expect in great detail. Brian was very helpful in explaining packing, loading and unloading, timeframes, security, and everything in between. It was a good long call, and he was in no hurry to get us off the phone.Brian answered all of our worried questions, and we contracted with him at that point. In the time period between signing and the actual move, we had numerous calls and emails with Brian - some of it was questions we had about best packing practices, what could and couldn't be transported, how to deal with extra delicate or expensive items, etc. Some of it was Brian just calling to see how we were doing on packing, checking to see if we had any more questions, etc. We were immediately put at ease about the transport based on our interactions with him - it became clear very quickly that we were dealing with someone of the highest integrity.One very important detail that is often overlooked is the crew who will be doing the actual loading and unloading of the truck. Brian assured us that he had top-notch groups at both the old and new places, found via referrals, trial and error, and repeat business. Again, he was as good as his word. Our interactions with both the loading and unloading crews were awesome - they were both friendly, knowledgeable, and super-efficient. Yet another thing that made us feel good about the move and choosing Brian.Realistically, we had mentally factored in that there would be some amount of damage to goods. Between us not being professional packers, having some amount of fragile cargo, the loading crew, the long drive, and the unloading crew, you would be crazy to think there wouldn't be *some* amount of damage. Number of items damaged on the trip: ZERO.Again, all credit to Brian and his crews.Although it wasn't necessarily our primary concern, there should be some discussion about pricing - Brian was extremely transparent about it. Mileage was figured, cost of diesel, etc. It was noted that pricing could go up or down if fuel prices changed significantly. Loading and unloading crews were estimated, with the same caveats - depending on time, amount of workers needed, etc. All the numbers were laid out, no hidden costs, etc. It turned out we came in under estimates, but we would have been every bit as happy if it hadn't.At the end of the day, based on our numerous and lengthly interactions, Brian has become a friend of the family. I'm not sure that I can give any higher praise, recommendation, or vouching-for than that. Thank you for everything, Brian!

Note: I rarely leave reviews on Yelp/Google, unless a business or service has moved me and means something as an experience!If you have landed on this page, don't look any further! If you are looking for stress-free and hassle-free auto shipping you will soon realize Brian(BSB transport) is the man!From my experience, Brian is one of those rare business guys you will come across where they charge you reasonably, give you extremely good service, and will go out of their way to help you at a professional level.You will see no drama, if anything Brian will be very transparent, and by the end of the process you will know you are going back to him for any future transport needs!His website is simple and very straightforward. You will find his company's USDOT number which can be used to check their Federal database(which is squeaky clean). Google FMSCA Company Snapshot and you will know what I mean.Most of the transport companies, even the bigger ones, don't have this number listed anywhere on their website. You will have to call and ask them for this info in particular to verify their history and to know if they are reliable.That being said if you are interested in reading further Here's my story.............................I had contacted Brian but chose to go with another auto transport. They appeared very legit, promising, and offered a luring price range. I thought they were all-in-one package and booked them with a small deposit. However later I had to experience a very unprofessional side of theirs. Long story short... the other transport company tried to rush my order past the shipping date on the agreement after having forgotten about it. And for a much higher price than promised. I felt very uncomfortable and on requesting a refund, they said "good luck finding another transporter at this time of the year and here is your refund".I reached out to Brian and he was my rescuer! He referred me to another company who could take my car from the West to East coast. And within no time my car was picked up, shipped, and delivered in less than a week. West coast to East coast!!!My car arrived neatly protected. No damage or a scratch.I was so glad I circled back with Brian. I kept in touch with him through the process for any questions or apprehensions I had about the process(even though I was now working with the other agent he had referred me to). I could rely on his knowledge and honest feedback.If you love your car, and want to have a peace of mind then Brian is a great deal you can get!! One conversation with him and you will know it for yourself, you won't need my yelp/Google review:)

If you are looking for a stress free uneventful move then you would be doing yourself a great disservice by not calling Mr. Brian Bates. He did an outstanding job getting us from California to Michigan with no issues what so ever. He goes the extra mile for you with very helpful information and daily updates during the trip. BSB took the worry and stress out of getting our whole house from across four states. Brian was relaxed and had reasonable and doable solutions to the "problems" that popped up during the process. He had hook ups and recommendations for loaders and unloaders of the transport.BTW - BSB only transports your load. They do not mix loads. Trust me, I have knowledge of people sharing transports and it opened up a whole new level of problems and delays.We would (and have already) recommend BSB Transport to anyone.

I was so lucky to have found Brian (BSB) on a 'leaving CA' FB page. I called him one day to inquire about auto transports. He wasn't able to help me, but he spent an hour on the phone teaching me what to look for in a company. I was so impressed by him that I started asking him about household shipments. One thing led to another and I was hiring him to move our goods from CA to ID. I'm so glad I did. He was nothing short of friendly, professional, helpful and honest....I had arranged for movers to unload the truck at our destination. They bailed on me last at the last second. In order to hire someone else, it was going to cost me more than expected. He was made a few calls on my behalf (something he didn't have to do) and found me a great crew at a very reasonable prices, literally saving me $1000! I'd rate BSB a 10 if I could!!

Amazing and very professional job! Exceptional job moving our belongings across the country. Brian guided us through the whole process. He even gave us advice on the safer routes to take and checked on us every day. Everything arrived on-time and in one-piece. Nothing broken or damaged. What was impressive was Brian’s oversite of everything and his concern for the hired people wrapping, packing and moving our possessions. He had the same concern for their safety as well as our property. In today’s world it is nice to know there are people who care about doing the job right. We highly recommend BSB Transport.

Working with Brian for our move really took the stress out of moving. Having been in the military and constantly moving throughout my life, I’ve had many different experiences with moving companies. Everything was accounted for, safe, and secured for the long drive out of state. Brian was extremely professional and very responsive to any questions we had about the process. We made the big move from Vacaville Ca to Tennessee and used BSB Transport. I have to say, Brian was extremely helpful and professional! Brian provided us with company recommendations for loading our home as well as offloading. Both companies were very professional, trustworthy and hard workers! (Moving With Grace in Woodland Ca. And Mitchell Moving out of Sevierville Tn.)As for the drive, we mapped out our route for a 3 vehicle convoy. I mentioned our route (I-40) to Brian so he provided us with safe and clean hotels which I was able to make reservations (that were pet friendly as we had 2 dogs and a cat). Brian text me the evening prior to our departure and advised me to take I-80 due to sever weather along our chosen route. He nailed it because there were tornados in Oklahoma the day we would’ve passed through! Again, Brian provided me pet friendly hotels along the I-80 route. Brian maintained contact with us throughout our trip ensuring us our “Lives in the back of his truck” were in good shape! We actually went to dinner with Brian in Nebraska one evening as we stayed at the same locations as him!So if anyone is looking for peace of mind in making this huge, stressful and complicated move a little more bearable, reach out to BSB Transport.

I did not end up using BSB transport because of a change in circumstance on my end, but the experience I had with Brian Bates (owner and operator) with booking and unfortunately canceling, was above and beyond in all aspects! I was looking to transport my vehicle to another state, and Brian not only took the time to help me understand the transport industry (most places you call are brokers!), he also guided me through a step-by-step process so I could verify his license and insurance. Three out of the four places I had called previously did not identify themselves as brokers, and presented a pretty hard sell about booking in that moment to lock in a price. Brian didn't put on any pressure, and even explained that he'd be happy to answer questions and help if I chose to go with another service. He was informative and honest about all the steps, and even when I had to cancel, he took the time to call me and answer any additional questions I had. What a stellar experience, and amazing customer service. On a side note, Brian has a fun sense of humor and is great to speak with over the phone! I will recommend his service to friends and family for sure!
