No very good customer service!
Summit has fixed my issue, they are great to deal with. Bob Drake is very rude and a waste of time. The product is fine, the customer service is terrible!

Excellent quality parts and price.Super fast shipping.I bought some of their "32-"35 Ford wire wheel "hubcaps".Cheapest price around and top quality.Nothing looks better on an old hotrod than nice shiny chrome on the wheels.???

Vendors be warned: This company does not pay invoices on time or at all. I was warned by fellow printing company and took the risk... They are 30 days past Due date. AND no terms were offered by my company, They just decided to pay on their own terms. They are regularly 90+ Days past due at my buddies shop, and seem to pay the last invoice when they need a new job done... Makes me wonder when they will find a new vendor and leave the old vendor hanging on their last invoices... I should not even start on their inability to communicate or prepare files for printing. I could be here all day. They spent 2 DAYS , multiple emails, arguing with me about file prep, Including trying to make me look like a fool on a speaker phone call with their staff on the line as they "trained" Me on how to separate art files for printing... I performed all their suggestions to their incorrectly prepared files and printed the art out over and over filling a 6 foot by 12 foot table with printed pages THAT DID NOT WORK. I emailed them the Proofs of this debacle and only then did They then spend the 10 minutes necessary to prepare the art as I originally requested in order to proceed with the job. You will be frustrated and may not get paid.
