This has been the most wonderful experience i have ever had with a boutique! First the owner contacted me back on her day off and made a special trip to help me with my search. She offered to try to find the item in question for me and took the time to do so. Jen has gone beyond normal customer service. I will be definitely keeping this boutique in my go to list. Thank you so very much for making me feel important. This has been a most exceptional experience. Thank you!

Loved the store, but earrings I purchased broke after the first wear. I reached out and Jen said they would send a replacement pair. I reached out when I didn't receive the replacement and Jen told me to call the store... I called and no replacement was ever sent. Very disappointed because I really liked my experience in the store.

I was in Grants Pass on vacation. Walked in to this boutique & was greeted by two very sweet ladies. They helped find some really cute things. Love this shop!! I will be back.

I wandered into this store for the first time today, looking for Christmas gifts for my grown daughter, who has had a rough year. I was immediately welcomed and got the best vibe! They asked what brought me in and as soon as I told them my story, they immediately had several ideas that wound up being the most perfect gifts of the season. Thank you so much for taking the time to listen to me and understand exactly what I needed-and thanks for the hugs too, I didn’t even know I needed those either!

This is a great store for locals and tourists! Jen does a great job of keeping the store filled with LOTS of great items.
