We ordered 4 screens which totaled 550$. Two of the screens they measured and dropped off were the wrong size. They were supposed to pick up the screens the following week to fix them and never showed up. After calling them they finally showed up the day after. The screens were okay after they fixed them, just a serious lack of communication is unprofessional.

This company is completely unreliable!! On Sep 26th, I set up an appointment to get the window in my van replaced on Sep 30th; first, they called the day before the appointment to reschedule for Oct 3rd, because they had people out sick (completely understandable). Then when I took the van in on the 3rd, they broke the window while installing it. The mechanic was very kind and said he would order the glass and install it on the 4th. While I was driving home, they called and left a message saying that the glass would take a few days to come in but would be in by Oct 10th at the very latest. I was frustrated, but I understand it. Today (Oct 6th) I called to get an update on when the glass would come in and the women on the phone told me that it could take weeks for the glass to come in and she could not give me any more details about the estimate then that. She was very rude and basically called me a liar when I expressed my frustration that I was originally told I could come if next day and was later left a message that dated they would have it by Monday at the latest. I have been understanding and flexible throughout this process but at this point I feel like I'm just being jerked around, given short unreasonable time estimates so I don't go somewhere else.

I went in to get a chip filled after waiting for them to get their product for the service for a week. I was told by a lady with long blonde hair that the chip had already been filled and that she could see burn marks, so they sent me away. I ended up retracing my steps and making sure my mechanic didn't do this, he assured me he did not. So I give them a call and let them know it indeed hadn't been filled. The lady, same one that looked at it, was super rude and condescending over the phone and in person, insisted that she was right, but then said I guess we can look at it tomorrow because they didn't have the product!! Poor customer service, rude and condescending. I will take my business elsewhere. Wish I could rate 0 stars!

These people go above and beyondthese people go above and beyond. Pam is amazing and so sweet. I highly recommend this business to anyone who needs any window or mirror replacements. If your insurance will cover your damage for your glass or mirrors, this is the place to go. Really, save yourself a headache and just go to Bill's glass.
