This store is always on top of their game. Prices, Products, Professionalism and People. I was helped via phone by Mike and Pam who searched local area B5 stores for specific shoes I wanted which were out of stock. They found them and ordered 2 pair to be transferred to GP B5 store. They called me right away when the shoes came in and gave me the sale price which was in effect at the time I ordered them. Just picked them up and they're perfect! THANKS SO MUCH MIKE AND PAM, you two are awesome and promote great business ethics.

Big 5 sporting goods has August 14 needs everything you ever looked for in any other store in grants pass and didn't see it Big 5 is going to happen I needed a cot for camping and they had it. The Stafford family the prices are right.

Paintball! The paint here is all bad. Don't buy it. Don't buy Paintball markers (guns) from here goto goodwill website you can buy whatever they got for 1/10th of the price and usually with modifications. Don't buy co2 tanks from here you can get them for 10$ at ansgear or ebay instead of 35$ at big 5. Also, we don't use co2 anymore for paint balling we have moved to hpa it's cheaper/free and better performance. So basically don't buy anything Paintball related from here!

I went in there to get baseball supplies for my 6th grader there was nobody back there to help us with the clothing area. There was nobody there to help us get into the dressing room so my son crawled underneath the door and let himself in. He also LED others in as he was finished. When I went up to the registers to pay for our products there was three cashiers up there visiting with people that were standing there from the outside. Their store was packed with people as it is baseball season, but they were too busy visiting with their friends from outside. Next time I will go to Walmart.

I arrived at the door at 8:59pm.... I knew exactly what I wanted but they pointed at the sign closed at 9pm... again your losing on a big sale and I arrived a minute before you closed and kindly asked if I can make a purchase... but no very rude, pointed to the sign, and said no. Will not be going back to the GP location.
