Me and my wife and dogs have stayed at this hotel alot. The service is excellent! The breakfast is outstanding. The Best Western is the best hotel you can stay at.Nearby activities: We didn't have enough time to do that much but there's a moto cross park/track across the street for the kids and probably a lot more!Walkability: Alot of great restaurants and stores surrounding the area

Great hotel a good day's drive from the Bay Area north along I5.Easy on/off to freeway. A great price for this quality along I5. When the M6 close by is getting 90 this is a real bargain at 120. When the M6 is getting 70 and this place is 140, that's what you would expect. A well run place. But the best is the best breakfast you'll ever find in a Best Western. Biscuits and Gravy along with everything else you might hope for.Walkability: Walk over to Winco, if you've never been in a Winco, it's a real experience. They only take debit cards and cash though.

Update: The front desk apologized and explained that this property is older and this is an issue they have. Just be aware shut the door when you use the shower!!! I stay at a lot of best westerns all over the United States, this one is absolutely ridiculous. Anytime you shower and open the bathroom door the fire alarm goes off. This happened multiple times at 11 at night. When I called the front desk and asked why this was happening I was accused of doing “something in the room” and was told she was upset cause the alarm went off in her office as well. No remote in the room as well, which is not a big deal. Be careful staying here in room 133 and showering with the bathroom door open.

As soon as we walked in the smell of urine was so strong. I was so tired I didn't want to complain, but now I'm angry that I didn't say anything at check out. All I wanted to do was get home. 30 hours of driving will do that to you. I slept on top of the covers and my friend was almost in tears because of the smell. we had a couple hours of sleep and then were out of there. As we were leaving I then noticed tissue stuffed into the door security eye hole. What the heck! Super strange. I won't be staying here again. Also the paper thin walls really suck as well as the hard as concrete beds.Rooms: Paper thin walls. You can hear everything! Beds are hard as rocks.

Most comfortable bed ever that I've experienced in a motel. Rooms are clean and good sized. Bathroom is small, but nice sized tub. Continental breakfast was very nice.

Rooms are clean, staff are helpful and kind, pets are allowed, guest wifi actually works, area is quiet, and they have the fluffiest pillows that force you into a dreamlike state almost immediately.Food & drinks: Complimentary continental breakfast includes bacon, scrambled eggs, hash browns, biscuits and gravy, a waffle bar, a fresh selection of muffins and other breads, fruit, and a whole lot of hospitality! Perfect to start your day!!

The rooms are nice. Being a pet owner we were glad that they were pet friendly but when we got into the room it had a horrible pet urine smell. They need to rip out the carpet and put hardwood.

We spent 3 nights in room 116 while in town to lay my father to rest. 3 sleepless nights. The good?Location. It's nice that it is next door to Elmer's Restaurant and Lounge.Breakfast. It was a pretty good selection for a motel type continental breakfast. The bad?The bed. The floor would have been better. It was hard as a floor, with huge dips on either side. Not conducive to getting any sleep. The shower. It sprayed straight out at your face. Luckily, the spray didn't have any power to it. But that also made it difficult to rinse shampoo and conditioner out of your hair. Will we stay there again? No. Not unless they get new beds and moveable shower heads.

If it weren't for our exhaustion from our road trip, we would have found another place to stay, but the hotel nextdoor was fully booked. The front desk staff was polite and informative, so this review is no reflection on them. Our room greeted us with a stale, musty scent. It was warm, and the AC unit struggled. We did our best to settle in but immediately noticed stains and streaks of dirt on the bedding top covers. There were Unidentifiable dark spots on the carpet near the sink, and hair belonging to previous guests stuck on the mirror and shower walls. The room hadn't cooled after an hour of changing the settings on the AC unit. Finally, we moved the small table and chairs crammed in front of the unit to another part of the room, and it worked perfectly. One problem solved. Given all the issues though, we still did not sleep well.

Great service. One of the best free breakfasts I've had. Easy in and out. A lot of food around the hotel. The only reason I give a 3 for the room is because there were numerous hairs in the shower.

Loud with paper thin walls. Nice tv and you will need it in order to drown out your neighbors conversations next to you. Door needs weather stripping badly. (see photo, and notice the door is fully shut ?) Uphill side of hotel is better than the side next to Elmer's.

Spent a night here. Served its purpose. Rooms were clean and AC works great. Breakfast was filling. Only negative is its near the street and you get the noise the comes with it.

Mainly, this reference is in regards Amber and her behavior as a front desk representative. I called to make sure that my parents were going to have an easy check in process because they are old and have been traveling all day. I was met with hostility interruptions, short fuse, and an attitude not to mention being hung up on. She gave me her managers name which I will be contacting Monday, and happily passed out the information to corporate again prior to her hanging up on me absolutely disgusting customer service. We will be sure to never use this Best Western again, and this will be reported to corporate.
