I have used Squatchs Garage several times now. They get you in quick. They do whatever they can to help the customer. The guys have stayed late to help me several times. I'm sticking with these guys for all my car repairs. Give them a try.

Here's the TLDR - Squatch's Garage saved a roadtrip with my son.
Before school started back up again, my son and I decided to do a quick road trip. About half way (hundreds of miles from home), my powertrain light came on. Just what everyone wants to see when they don't know where they are. I immidialaty got off the freeway and went to an auto supply store to see which mechanic they recommended. Without hesitation, the employee recommend Squatch's Garage. As I pulled in to Squatch's, I immediately got nervous.Why? Because you could clearly see this business was popular as there were no less than 20 cars parked out front. After finding a parking spot, and saying a little prayer, my son and I went inside and were immediately greeted by one of the friendliest guys I've ever met. I told him my problem and he came outside with me and introduced me to Chance, the mechanic. This guy is a gem! He is the embodiment of expertise meets empathy. Due to my circumstance, he got me right in, diagnosed the problem and had my son and I back on the road within 2-3 hours. This team made what could have been a terrible situation a wonderful story to tell. Grants Pass is lucky to have Squatch's. Thanks for saving my father and son roadtrip.

We unfortunately had a major coolant leak on a road trip from Southern California causing our van to overheat. Fortunately it happened in Grant’s Pass and we were able to nurse it to Squatch’s Garage. They were able to access the problem quickly and determine it was a faulty part recently replaced by a different mechanic in socal. They were able to help us navigate a warranty with our other mechanic and parts even though it was from a different state! They offered reasonably pricing, friendly service getting us back on the road. Thank you Squatch for saving our road trip!

Definitely don’t go here. My wheel bearings that was replaced here needed to be replaced again 18 months later. They “Guarantee” their work for 24 months, but when I needed mine fixed I couldn’t even get the parts covered. Would
give 0 star rating if that option was available.

I own a very rare Acura that I have restored and took it on its first long drive. I live in the San Francisco Bay Area and when I arrived in Oregon the Idle Air Control Valve stopped working. I had the part with me, but I had no place to install it. I stopped by another repair shop who let me know that he won’t install parts without troubleshooting first and he couldn’t see me until next week.
I called Best Auto/Squatch’s garage and Cory, the owner answered. He said that he was busy, but could work me in as an emergency repair. John the technician plugged in his scanner and confirmed it was the Idle Air Control Valve like I already knew. He pulled it in and I was on my way within an hour.
Thanks goes to both John as well as Cory for helping me out. I drove from Grant’s Pass Oregon to Eureka after the fix and the car performed flawlessly.
I have owned this car since new and I do all of the work on it myself. Other than for wheel alignments no one touches my car. If I lived in Oregon I would use this shop if I needed help with something.
Cory and John, keep up the fantastic job. I am so happy that you were able to work me in today. A+++++.

Squatch’s garage saved the day when we were traveling and needed emergency services. It was like a dream come true to find a garage that made arrangements to have the part we needed and to fix our car right when we arrived and get us back on the road towards home- all with an upbeat and reassuring manner. I was passing through and developed a wobble in my front driveline. Went to 2 places that wouldn't touch it. Went to Squatches and even though they were clearly busy, took me in without hesitating and got me back on the road.

I was totally happy with the work the guys did on my 2012 Ford Fcous. They were able to accurately pinpoint the problem with my coolant system and did everything to my satisfaction. I could tell immediately when I got my car back after it was fixed and drove it that my car was running amazingly smoother. Driving my car home down the freeway was like it was band new. It has 185,000 miles on it. I told my wife when I got home... that if my car was in a used car lot...I world have definitely bought it because it was so nice.

Thermostat stopped working day before having to drive back to Central Valley California. They were able to help me out same day, 1-2 hours before closing, with having someone do some OT. Was able to drive back on time without any problems. Great group of people. Would definitely recommend.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. They respect their customers and work with you to create a good solution at a good price. I brought my van in for a wheel bearing change, but the transmission died on the drive in, so I didn't get any work done after all as there's no way I could afford that. Cory was very understanding and even gave me a free ride home as I couldn't drive the van again.
