Hi to the awesome people of the Interstate Bank! I want to thank you for all that you do for your customers. You're all one of a kind. I'm so blessed to have a bank with incredible people that work there, I've had help getting my car to work when I was broke down at the bank and had help getting my money back when my card was hacked, you guys definitely go over and beyond for your customers.

nightmare of a bank, absolute WORST customer service, cant avoid going through them either if you call the 1800 number they transfer you back to this branch, even if you tell them how terrible the people working there are. they will hold your check after you deposit it for 5 days, charge you a ton of overdraft fees, and then demand you put more money in your account to keep it positive before they will clear your check! tries closing my checking account and they tried to say i needed to pay to do so. makes no sense, only reason i have an account with this bank is because they bought out the bank of america i used to be with, really wish that necer happened

Don't know what those other reviews are talking about I've always had great customer service and they go above and beyond to help.

This bank is terrible. The customer service is the worst. They are all rude and don't care enough about anything to actually try and help their customers. Don't waste your time here! Go to a local credit union like Rogue, they will take care of you far better than this place ever will.

Hate this bank for so many reasons one NO third party checks no matter how long you have been a member is rediculose.two they close early three getting a new debitb card costs 5$ and takes up to 10 weeks to receive! Four Fees are obsurd five they are constantly turning off my debit card on every little charge due to possible fraud seriously frustrating and embarrassing when in the store and my cards denied.. hate this bank!

Horribly unorganized thinking. Never get an answer when i call their phone and almost a 20 minute wait when i walk in. Waited 15 minutes for several tellers to attempt to help with a Spanish speaking couple that no one could understand while 1 teller was attempting to help all of us customers. By the time i left (unable to even make my deposit) there were almost a dozen people waiting in line while everyone else behind the counter continued to ignore the customers waiting to "try to understand" these Spanish customers. Never going to this location again.
