Worst customer service ever. Every experience I have had with this bank since it became first interstate has ended up with me very upset and then taking money they shouldn’t have. The branch manager has straight laughed at me when I tried asking why there was $500 in overdraft fees on my account, even tho I had money in there before the bills came out? She laughed and said my check took a few extra days to clear, even tho I deposited it on time two days before anything came out. Then she made a note on my account so even if I call into the 1800 number they won’t assist me without contacting that branch first. It’s a joke. This entire bank is a joke and money hungry as hell. Would not recommend them for any reason what so ever. Horrible horrible horrible.

This is the worst bank that I have ever had to deal with. I am surprised that they have been in business as long as they have. I am 60 years old and have never had a worse bank.
