“Last Thursday 8/13/25 we were on our way to a campground from Salem. We were following my Father and Mother in law who were pulling a 5th wheel... Unfortunately they ended up getting 2 flat tires along the way. We ended up in Grants Pass searching the internet, calling and calling for some help. Finally I ended up contacting Tire Pros and they had the tires my in laws needed... The reason I'm leaving this review is because it was 4:30 when I called (they close at 5:00) and we were about 15 minutes away, they said they would stay late to help us out. We arrived to be met by Kory the manager who took great care of my in laws who ended up getting 5 new tires. I didn't think that these types of people still existed in our world today and its wonderful to know that people like this would stay late to take care of some complete strangers. Thanks Kory and Tire Pros!”
“All the people at Henderson's Line-Up were professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and did impeccable work. And as I did, most of the people that were getting work done on their RV's, drove to Henderson's Line-Up from out-side of Oregon. It was a comforting feeling to see people that drove all the way from central and southern California, northern Washington and Canada at the shop, to have Henderson's Line-Up work on their RV's.”

“My experience was good. I was told my oil reset had been reset after oil was changed. It was not. I did it myself. No big deal, but after asking if it had been performed and told it was, I was a little disappointed that it had not been. All in all a good group of guys performing what they are trained to do. I will use them again with zero apprehension.”

My son’s appointment happened to fall on his 21st birthday, and the team was so gracious, they even left a little birthday gift in his car as a surprise when he picked it up.
I have never in all my years been to an automotive shop that is this clean, organized, and truly caring. The comfort they provide and the way they go above and beyond is something you just don’t find very often.

“always a treat when i get to detail my car here... today they fixed my mess-up of trying to do it myself headlight restoration... the replacement cost for new headlight cover (you had other purchase the WHOLE assembly at GP Toyota, at $514 PER side...) and THEY recommended Advanced. so took it in to Ryan, and 1+30 later i has a new set of headlights for $100. ... so i could have spent $1,030 for two new headlamps, or $100 for the exact same response... in and out in 90 minutes. yes, yes, i would recommend them for all window tint and headlamp restoration. 100 %. cheers, Mark C. “I stopped in for an estimate and had one in no time. GP Collision arranged for my rental car and for me to picked up the day I dropped off my car. The estimate was clearly written and all my questions answered in plain language (not industry speak). They kept in touch regarding completion time and my car was done on time. The work they did was excellent. The cost was reasonable. They even straightened up my bent license plate and frame!”

“Cole & Danielle knocked it out of the park on our van build. Turned my van into a powerhouse with a custom control panel, solar, Dc to Dc Charger, 3000w inverter, 400ah of batteries, interior & exterior lighting on dimmers, outlets and USB ports everywhere we needed them. It’s a dream to travel in now.
Everything works like it came from the factory and I’ve yet to run out of power, even days into an off grid camping trip.
Absolutely love these guys and the professional work they do. Hands down the best people for the job.”

“I was in a big jam with my 28' Travel trailer. I was on the coast in Klamath, CA and needed a Tow 25 miles to Crescent City, CA. Neither I nor my insurance company could find any tow companies within 60 miles that could tow us to a repair shop. Geico finally found Criag, the owner of Fairgrounds Towing in Grants Pass, OR. Craig came 98 mile to save us. THANKS MAN!”

“I have rated this particular Jiffy Lube on the past. I gave it 5 stars then, and I am giving it 5 stars again. The employees are very helpful and efficient, they do not pressure a customer to add or buy products that are not necessary at the time. They do make recommendations for things to keep an eye on, or to replace at a future date or service. I have been going to this particular Jiffy Lube on "G" Street in Grants Pass for at least 5 years now, and I highly recommend it.”

“I was in a pinch because I’m living 2.5 hours out of town, and needed to figure out what was up with a couple small electronic issues on my old rig. I asked a guy sitting with his dog outside the natural foods store if he had a mechanic in town he trusted and he said these guys had the place I was looking for.
I buzzed over in a couple minutes and Jared took immediate time out of his busy afternoon to help me quickly diagnose and fix a blown fuse. He was trustworthy, sympathetic, kind, helpful, and a natural educator for this auto-novice. Super grateful for the time and effort. Their reputation turned out to be well-earned!”

Rachel helped me through the selection process for new truck tires presenting several good options at good prices. Jeremy went WAY above and beyond diagnosing an unrelated problem with my truck’s suspension that developed shortly after the new tires were fitted. Recently Adam did a nice job catching a few extra issues while servicing my wife’s SUV (their on-line job status and ending vehicle condition summary are great tools BTW). After 60+ years (really) of doing my own work (former mechanic and semiconductor engineer/executive) they’ve earned my business.”
“Great work and best prices in town, but Dan who runs the cash register was very rude from the moment I spoke with him. Hopefully he was just having a bad day and this isn't how he usually treats his customers. I went in for two new tires and a rotation. When I came back for my car the tires were on but no rotation. I asked about it and said that I needed them rotated and he clearly was upset, walked away for 25 minutes completely ignoring me and wouldn't make eye contact. When I finally got his attention again to ask how long my family would be wating he said he'll get to it when he's done with everyone else who came in after me. I waited a total of 4 hours to get my car back and never received an apology for their mistake. I hope to get better service next time.”
